      I have been attempting to delete my account with surveyclub.com, associated with the email ********************* and the phone number **************, for some time now, but have faced multiple issues in this process. Despite repeated attempts to contact their support team via email *********************************** I have found the email address to be inactive. Calls made to the number listed on their ******** page ************** went unanswered. Additionally, the link provided on their support desk FAQ section for account deletion was broken (link: **********************************************).In a final attempt, I used their Data Privacy Requests form for ********** residents, despite not residing in **********, as it seemed to be the only remaining option to reach them. My request was rejected due to my non-********** residency. I then called another number provided by them ************** and was assured that my account would be deleted within 2-3 days. Upon following up after five days, I found my account still active, and further calls to the same number revealed it is now associated with a different business.These experiences have led to significant frustration and concern over the handling of my personal information by Survey Club. I seek assistance in ensuring my account is properly and permanently deleted, and to address the apparent lack of accessible and functional customer support channels at **********************.

      Thank you for your request.  Your account has been completely deleted so you should no longer receive any more emails from us.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

      I did check on our support channels (email, support web site, etc.) and they are properly working so it would be helpful to know where you were having issues contacting us.

      On 6/1/23, I received an email from a company called HireMatch, asking me to take a survey in order to continue with my application. The link took me to the Survey Club website, and I was prompted to fill out my personal demographic information in order to set up a profile to take a survey. Once the profile was created, I did not have any indication on what survey I was supposed to take. Nothing was prompting me to complete any sort of pre-employment assessment or survey. I immediately thought, "Now this seems fishy. (or rather phishy)" I decided to look closer at the HireMatch website, and I believe they are a fake company, due to the lack of information, non-existent employees (fake people are listed on the website), and spelling errors scattered throughout the site. Upon realizing this, I wanted to remove my information from Survey Club's website as well. I clicked on "contact us" and tried to follow prompts to delete my information, but the link I clicked gave me the message that the page could not be found. The information on the contact us page is incorrect too. There are no places on the website to click "cancel". I want my personal information removed and account deleted.

      Hello, I received an email directing me to this company for a free beauty box from ******** Upon filling out the profile, I was designated as not a good fit for the item. I then began receiving emails from SurveyClub regarding other opportunities. After trying a few more, I was designated as not a good fit for the items, multiple times with no optional payment. I decided to look up deleting my account and info. They have an email address, a link to click and a supposed "delete" button to do this. The delete button is non-existent, the emails all come back mailer-daemon and the phone number has you leave a message with no return response from the company. Attached are photos of the email they provide which doesn't accept emails. I would like my account disabled and info deleted please as soon as they possibly can. Thanks for any help you can offer.

They first wrote to me and questioned how I got their phone number and denied any of the claims I made in my email. After responding to them with proof, they deleted my info and I am happy with the resolution and will no longer be involved with this company. thanks so much for your help.

      I am unable to close my account on their website. When I call them it goes to a voicemail box that is "full" and not accepting messages. The website takes me to links that are unavailable. The whole thing is a sham and they are selling my information to spammers that are calling me all day long.
