            On August 24, 2022 I was using the Tradovate platform while I was out on travel. This is after the platform had an update, making the old platform obsolete and unusable. I was trading on the newer platform on a wifi connection, when I received and alert that my account was auto-liquidated for a trade that I did not submit or take. The trade was for a S&P futures contract, while I have only been trading the ************ futures as to not over leverage my account. I in no way opened a S&P Micro contract, yet the platform liquidated my account, and deducted over $1,600 from my balance. I have notified support, and have not received any response back. I'm not sure if this was due to a platform glitch, or something more malicious, but if this is a common occurrence for this brokerage I will be sure to never use them again. I am looking to recover the funds that were wrongfully deducted due to either a technical bug on their platform, or negligence from the company.
