We stayed there on the night of July 18, 2022. For starters, we asked for a non smoking room, I have Cystic Fibrosis which has damaged my lungs permanently over year of my life. You can smell the cigarettes throught the halls. Our room had cigarette burn holes in the blanket and comforter. The room looked nothing like what was pictured when we reserved the room. I was up there for a research study at the hospital, so there was no way we could just change out reservation or stay somewhere else. We used the bathroom and the toilet continued to run for a ******* period of time and we called the front desk. By the time he got up to the room, my wife looked at it and got it to stop. We used it again, later that day and it, again, started running for a long period of time. We called front desk and they sent a maintanence guy, who I'm sure was high on something, and he worked on it while we were sitting there in the room. I have never had anyone at any hotel do that before. And he basically stated that we had to make sure the handle was held under the tank lid because it wouldn't stay down. At 11 at night I used the restroom once more and had to call the front desk again. He told us to get our stuff and come down stairs to the lobby so he can change our room. We hauled everything down, almost midnight, so he can give us a key to a room a couple doors down. The attitude he had was as if we had completely inconvenienced him. The next room was as disgusting as the first room. Brown marks on the bathroom wall and hair in the shower. It's a disgusting and filthy place and is not managed well at all!.
