Mar 27/28 Landscaping, part front yard, backyard Paid part check, rest cash $1700 check $3,000 cash Found a company on word of mouth ********* , had him come give an estimate.. through the process we found out its not a company but just a single guy who hires people from halfway house and homeless ( definitely not a professional company that we expected and paid for). In the process of resetting new sod they busted a sprinkler line. Didnt do any of the front yard ( which he charged me for and he ordered the sod for). The very next day our backyard flooded due to busted sprinkler system. We tried to contact him multiple times to no avail. No response for 3 days. Eventually he responded. He said he was going to come back April 1st ( Monday) to take care of it. No response to any of our calls or texts, Tuesday, again, no response to calls nor texts. Finally I sent him a very professional texts, asking to fix the problem or we will fix it and he will have to pay for it. He responded with very offensive and aggressive text, and we havent heard from him since. He also left his broken yard equipment along with a skid of unused sod ( for the front yard) on our driveway with no intention of picking it up.His name is ***************************. Very unprofessional, person .We are planning on taking him to court .

I used Empowerment Moving LLC to install sod on my back yard because they do landscaping work, the job was done not very professional. I asked the owner to give me an invoice that should include the cost of the sod and labor as well, the owner refuses to honor my request, I've requested numerous times and his response was,"I'll get to when I get to it". Currently I'm still waiting and it's been a couple of weeks already.

This customer lied and said he was a veteran for a discount. We did the work; I sent him an invoice for the labor. I am not required by law to go the extra mile (especially after impersonating military personnel) and add additional numbers to an invoice. I have provided the exact invoice that I sent him. I have done all that I am required to do.

I contracted Employment Moving LLC to install sod on my back yard, the work was done and upon completion I requested an invoice from ***************************, he responded with a partial invoice that did not include the cost of the sod that I paid him out of my pocket. I respectfully asked if would rework the invoice to include the cost of the sod. I patiently waiting days and he refused to honor my request and responded that he would get to it when he gets to it. He lied when he said I misrepresented myself as a military person, I asked him if I could get a discount as a family member of a military person, my brother served in ******* and was exposed to Agent Orange and he is suffering from that exposure.I am my brothers P.O.A and his caregiver. The total cost out of pocket was $860 for labor and $510 for the sod. I need the reworked invoice so I can send it to my ******************** policy. Please help me.

As a consumer I was under the impression that the entity of BBB was to support an ******** citizen that follows the rule of law and have paid my taxes for as long I've been working and continue to adhere to the rule of law, needless to say that I am very disappointed with BBB a support entity in name only.

We hired Empowerment moving to load our moving truck as well as do a move out clean - not only did the workers DAMAGE many items that are not replaceable but completely drug their feet when doing the load - we have witnesses who are willing to attest to this - movers arrived at ****am and finished around 730pm - we had everything ready to be loaded and by 330pm the truck was not even close to being loaded. I contacted ******** (the owner) and explained the concerns - he spoke with his guys and they continued to drag their feet - my disabled husband and son and neighbors had to finish the job. We didnt even get everything loaded. ******** states that he would do the clean out for feee the following day then ghosted me. Super unhappy with this company and then we had to not only pay to have another person clean the house but we had to make another trip to gather the rest of our belongings.

This job took place a year ago and the client already made several attempts to dispute the charges and lost on all 3 occasions. Claims must take place within 7 days. Not a year later. I'm in dealings with the police to get harassment charges pressed against this woman for continuing to slander my business because she's lying.

      Thanks

I am rejecting this response because I contacted this business at the time there was an issue - first when only two movers showed and we hired three, that it took 9.5hrs to load a truck - of which we have witness of the lack of work, then the conversation (I have witnesses for this as well) was that the company would come and clean the following day. Once this company was paid they ghosted our family, broke many items and completely took advantage that we were moving out of state. Not only did I have to pay an emergency cleaner but also had to fly back to ****** rent ANOTHER truck and drive the remaining unloaded belongings to **********.

      Sincerely,

      *************************************

(5/13/22) move,I asked the owner (********) Though email does he have insurance to cover the damages to my **** dining server. I am not sure why I was charged the full price of ****** when he started an hour later than scheduled and, there are damages to my dining server and chest. He charged 35 miles at a rate of $1.75 per mile, But it is only 17 miles from (Glendale, **) to ************ apartments (******, **).I told ********, Im a train and certified mover and I suggested to him, to use the straps, not the dolly. He proceeds with the dolly coming up the stairs. The dolly and stairs caused damage to my dinner server which cost $ 800 at Conn's furniture store. I paid 250 dollars on 5/13/23 to Empowerment Moving LLC.
