      Due to COVID we had a last minute crew change and the movers came a day early. I was assured that the new crew would have all the details about paying for them to pack the kitchen (part of original quote) and since they were coming early they would be able to do some minor packing if necessary. Crew showed up with no supplies for packing and had to drive 30 minutes away to get boxes, delaying move. The guy who packed the kitchen started by saying he hates packing kitchens, then proceeded to complain about packing the kitchen for the following 4 hours while packing (he said how much he hated it to my family or loud enough for us to hear 32 times...we made a game out of keeping count). He spent half of the 11hr move on a video call with a group of people. He was a nice guy, but it really embarrassed my family and made my wife really uncomfortable. More over, his "packing" included no wrapping of dishes or other breakables. He put items directly into boxes, usually without any paper or material between them. I overheard him tell another guy that "they can claim damage on the other side and get paid so I'm not too worried about it". The other guy walked off the job for half of the 11 hours. On the other side we had dozens of broken items (all of which were packed by the "professionals" and a missing 65" TV. The unload crew was amazing and super helpful, however the lead told me that I had 90 days to file claims for damaged and missing items. When I filed the claim, the (stolen/missing) TV was flat rejected because "its your responsibility to check for any missing items" among a houseful of boxes; even though the lead mover told me that missing items could be claimed. The whole $16,000 process was disappointing and now I have over $3,500 dollars of damaged goods with a $200 settlement offer that I turned down. Complete ripoff. The company has ignored 4 attempts to contact by phone and email.

      TERRIBLE! Our order No: LA7505614. All the phone calls get rerouted through ****** Voice random generated numbers. I hired this so-called company to move our office from ** to MN back in February 12, 2022. I paid them 60% of the contract in advance . They promised me to deliver time frame is within 21 days. It is on May 21th, 2022 now, and all our furnature, belongs have not been delivered yet. It has been 97 days since our whole possessions and furnature were packed picked in CA. For more than three months, I have been trying to reach these people. All the company calls go to voicemail, and the mailbox is always full. I contacted **** and *************************** so many times but they never give me the **** It is on May 21st and the furniture hasn't even left the ********** facility and they keep telling me it's scheduled, but it always doesn't tell me when is the loading date. My husband and two kids are now in an empty home because they lied about the lastest deliver our furniture date. One of my kids has medical problems and we are experiecing horrible difficult time due to your so much delaying delivery. We have to cry and shout out for help!!!! Now I also can't get in touch with **** who picked and picked up our furniture from CA and they didn't return my calls, **** and ***************************. who works for the company keeps telling us that our belongs are to be loaded tomorrow. So far we still do not have a date of loading. Very disappointed. I think I need call the police?We can't live without these furniture and all our daily necessities and our possessions. So far the moving process is traumatic enough to send us into a depression. We badly must have the owner of Los Angeles Transfer And Storage company to respond our this complain to tell us the date of loading and the estimate of delivery date. Please do not force us to use state legal resources and enforcement resources to get our all furnature and possessions and belongs on which our lives rely!
