      I've ordered a vinyl from this company. Never sent the product. I've contacted them on all platforms with several messages and emails and they're ignoring all of them. If you look online it's a common practice to them.

      April 19 ORDER #******* The address they ship to is a PO Box. I go to that box once a week as it's 45 minutes away and secure.I would click on the box "Track order with shop" which still SAS delivered 4 hours ago. It said that for over a month now. Post office says delivered. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I WENT 3 WEEKS IN A ROW. They still have not replaced it nor refunded a dime.

      This membership is extremely expensive. The company will not respond to my many messages asking for tracking of the item. Im seeing countless examples of the product on social media but yet do not have a tracking number or response from this company. Display absolutely no customer service.

      It is very frustrating that I had to contact this company over 3 album pre-orders that I made in September 2022. I was receiving promo emails about the albums being available, so naturally I assumed that I would be receiving shipping info about my order within a few days. After about a week or so, I hadn't received any sort of update, so I contacted the company to see if they could give me a status update on my order. When the service rep responded she said that my items would be sent out in the January box for members because they were preorders. I asked about the delay because I'm not a member, and all of the albums showed that they were available on the website. I then received a response saying the the issue was the ********************* album and that they can remove it, so I can receive my other albums sooner. I asked for clarification on the reason for the delay on that album or if I would be able to get it sooner, but I did not receive a response to those questions.Yet, I have gone into different forums to see that people who didn't pre-order the album had already received their copies of the ********************* album, and I am being told that I will have to wait until January in order to receive my albums?And the solution that the customer service person gave me is unacceptable! Why should I have to cancel my order and repurchase in order to get my items? This situation doesn't make any sense! It's so frustrating that they will not take any accountability for the obvious mishandling of the situation and instead, basically told me to I'll just have to wait or cancel my order.

      Attempted to buy a number of products from the website (Vinylmeplease.com) 8 days after my annual auto-renewal was processed. The website said I qualified for a $25 discount for spending $150. The discount was not being applied at checkout, was understandable since my actual sub total was $148.I then went back to the shop page and clicked through the promo banner to add another item. I added the cheapest item, $6, to my cart to qualify for the $150 sub total, but was then blocked from completing my order because I of shipping qualifications.When I contacted customer support providing ********************** to understand why I wasnt able to complete the transaction, I was told they couldnt update my order (that I never placed). I had a number of unsatisfying follow *** with the customer support team before being told I could not complete my order because I was shopping different categories of music(Holiday vs regular store), and this was not allowed in the promo - though it was not being disclosed on the site.Since VMP is unwilling to effectively provide customer support or disclose their promotional offers clearly I requested the membership that was renewed less than 2 weeks prior be cancelled and refunded - and was told that would not be possible, but they would cancel the renewal for 9/30/23.Customer Service request #****** Annual membership Invoice #******* Invoice Date 10/1/22 (no new monthly service has been provided since this time)Invoice amount $429.93 Also attaching screenshots of the mis-rerepresneted promo offer and my invoice.

      As part of my monthly subscription, I receive albums from Vinyl Me, Please, that are exclusively pressed by or retailed by Vinyl Me, Please. On September 1st, 2021, the monthly allotment of albums was ordered, and one of the albums I was to receive was Public Enemy's "Fear of a Black Planet." I was very excited about this title, as it was one that I spent a lot of my youth listening to. It was also a double album, which was of extreme interest, as previous pressings of this album decreased its greatness by trying to fit everything onto one album. In any case, the album came defective, in the sense that "surface noise" (extraneous noise heard when a record is played, caused by imperfections in the grooves of the record) was present at the beginning of the album, and persists over the course of the album. To their credit, Vinyl Me, Please did try to rectify the issue by providing two additional copies of the album, both of which were equally defective. When the second album came defective, upon trying to return, I was presented with an option to take a chance on a "final copy" they would send, or I could get store credit instead. I stupidly opted for the album thinking they would do some quality control on the product they were providing as a "final copy" but it also came defective, just as the first two copies. At this point, Vinyl Me, Please refuses to fix the issue and I am left with three defective copies of an album I would love to own. I have a video evidence of the defect but it is not in a file format you accept.
