    I am basically trying to recover funds from warranties that were purchased with vehicles through skyline. I purchased a ***** Cruze and a ****** Tacoma from Skyline and both vehicles were totaled. I have made numerous attempts to collect the prorated warranty refunds for these vehicles and have just been getting the runaround from skyline. I replaced both vehicles with vehicles that were purchased from Skyline and was finally told on the second vehicle I replaced that there should have been prorated amounts returned to me for the warranties. It really almost looks like to me that these guys don't make an effort to inform their customers of the availability of these prorated refunds and I actually had to speak to the woman who runs the finance department for their Corporate Offices before I found out that these check refunds were available. I've been working with Skyline since November, I've contacted my salesperson ********************* I've contacted the general manager and I've been working with a gentleman named ***** to get my refunds. I finally received one of the refund checks a couple of weeks back but I'm still waiting on the other one and am completely amazed at the amount of effort that I'm having to make to get money back from these guys. When I made down payments on my vehicles it didn't take me 9 months to give them a check

    Unethical business practices! I would give them zero stars if I could. I had money down on a truck and had approved financing through them. The financing approval was a rate that was a bit higher than expected so I asked them what we could do to get the rate down. They told me that they needed money down (which they never originally asked for). I was totally ok with this and knew that either lowering the term, or adding money down would lower the rate which is why I asked what I needed to do make that happen. I kept pushing them keep things moving so I could make arrangements to get the truck. That is when the surprise happened...I get a message telling me that they are refunding my down payment because they sold the truck??? I reached out to the ** **** who told me that his salesperson ********************* and his sales manager told him that we were unable to come to an agreement so they sold the truck. I told him that was inaccurate and asked that he bring his team into his office so we could discuss this. He refused. I explained to him that I had an email and text message chain that completely disproved that. I offered to send him this written documentation and he didn't want to see it. He had zero concern that the information he was given was incorrect...so maybe he was the one that made the unethical decision to sell a truck I had money down on?? In my opinion you would be better served taking your business elsewhere. Based upon my experience this company is highly unethical. I hope that their ownership reads this and is made aware that their employees are ethically challenged. At best they have a leader that condones unethical business practices, and at worst their ** **** is leading by example (and not in a good way). This situation harmed us because we lost out on the chance to purchase other trucks that are no longer available, and we have a hard hit on our credit without a transaction. Thank you Skyline Mitsubishi for wasting hours of my time!
