A deceptive ******** ad lured me to purchase Keto Gummies. The ad made it appear they were charging $39 for a several month supply, but it turns out it was for bottle. At the end, another bottle of a different product popped up for $49. There was no x on the screen to escape the ad, so I hit next to get out of the advertising. It immediately charged me and processed the order. To make matters, worse, my account was charged again and Pepsi t was sent again. I called the company and they would not accept no for an answer, only continued to respond with a better discount repeatedly to my request to cancel and refund my money. Finally, after multiple requests, they said to return product for an $18 restocking fee per bottle. This company is a scam and is taking advantage of consumers. I had to cancel my credit card and have $500 of product I do not want. I dont even trust the safety of the product now to consume after their deceptive business practice.Business response

We do have a history of *************************** purchasing a subscription product from us on 5/14/2023 and receiving that product on 5/23 at 1:22PM via **** with routing number 420760739361210912402118824347. We also shipped out her subscription follow up package a month later on 6/24/23 via **** with routing number 420760739374811015300066501671 that was delivered 6/29/23 at 12:02PM.
On 6/26/2023 at 4:45PM EST we received a call from ****** requesting a refund but after reviewing the call it seems that the refund was not applied by the customer service agent at that time by mistake.
I have refunded ALL of ******************************* transactions accordingly...the total refund equals $490.47. I have attached a copy of the customer account showing the refunds.
