    I have just received an order, #***** from this company for Rise and I still have half a bottle of it from a previous order. I called the number to let them know I just got an order that I have not even opened and they just sent me another that I do not need and would like to refund this and have my frequency of how often I do get them changed going forward. I cannot access any account to do that myself and when I tracked the tracking order it states the product hasn't even left the building yet. They would not give me a refund stating it had already shipped, putting me in a financial bind until payday because they took money out of my account. I got no heads up email stating they were going to send it out soon or I would of told them no you just sent me one, cancel it. The man on the phone said I did get an email but that is not true I even checked my spam inbox. I told him I want my subscription ended with this company and he said he did so but cannot provide me with an email stating that fact or confirming he did do that. I stated I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said one would be calling me in 24 to ************************************************************************************************************************* their facility. I just got an order from them and he said your subscription is monthly but I just got one to which he denied that it was less than a month ago. I now have to struggle to make ends meet til I get paid because they go in and help themselves to my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHIFTY COMPANY WHO HAS NO EMAIL SYSTEM IN PLACE TO COMMUNICATE OR CONFRIM CONVERSATIONS AND P[******* MADE. FURTHERMORE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY TRANSFER SYSTEM TO REACH A SUPERVISOR AT THE **** OF AN ISSUE. He stated there is a list of like 20 supervisors and could not give me the name of the one that would be calling me. I insisted and he gave me names like ******, **** *** or *******. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    Upon checking our records, ********************** signed up and was charged for a 1-bottle monthly subscription of our Rise product on November 14. She was then subsequently charged for the monthly orders on December 14, January 14, and most recently on February 14. In these instances, we sent out a Pre-billing email three days prior to submitting the charge, and another email confirming the order once the charge has been made.

    We can also confirm that her subscription was cancelled upon her request when she called in on Feb. 14. Unfortunately, since the order had already gone through and was being shipped, there was no way to stop the delivery. In situations like this, we generally advise our customers to refuse the order and that we would provide a full refund once the shipment was returned to us. In this case, we had actually made an exception and provided ********************** with a $48.95 refund for her February charge when she emailed our support team, even while her the order was still en route. While we sympathize with ************************** situation, we believe that we provided a more than satisfactory resolution to her concern.
