I had an issue with the subscription option-did not realize i was enrolled-and reached out to cs. They were unable to stop the shipment which was my preferred solution but came up with another option that was satisfactory to me. I was a bit "heated" over it all as it was a substantial amount of money I had not planned on and they never strayed from being calm, kind and considerate in dealing with me (I was not yelling or swearing I just was not happy and let them know!). In addition to that my dog seems to be seeing some ease in movement from this product. It's a tough case with her as She is a tripod who truly only has 1 leg that's functioning @75% her 1 front. The back 2 she has blown out her knees and has arthritis. She is a tenacious girl though and with these supplements we have noticed after 2 months on them (we did the "load" the first 4 weeks per instructions) she is again dragging herself to other rooms in the house! This is huge as prior we had to carry her 24/7 ( yes tried a wheelchair she was not a fan). So she is living her best life even better now being on wuffes! She still loves to go out with the other 2 and will dig holes with her 1 arm and **** in the brush pile for voles. She has caught 2 now, the other 2 dogs have caught 0!Did not give a 5 star rating only because company does not in their practice send you a "reminder email" that your subscription is being filled. I have other subscriptions with other companies and they all do automated reminder emails at least 3 days before your order so you have time to make changes cancel, delay, modify quantity.

I ordered on my debit card on July1st joint supplements and salmon oil that were on a special the debit card I gave them a week later the debit card was closed and I got a new one two weeks later never gave them my new information but somehow they hacked into my bank account and got my debit card information and charged me $50 that I did not give them permission to do

Since we started *** on wuffes and Gabapentin, along with specific exercises, she has improved to again doing steps and, even jumped on our bed last night. We are extremely happy with her improvement and will continue the wuffes.

I do believe this product helped my 14 yr old german shepherd, Shadow. We didn't find Wuffes joint support product until late in his days, but for the few weeks that he used it, he liked it more than other brands and seemed to move with a little more ease. I liked the ********** because it brought some shine back into his beautiful black coat. Thank you for the bit of comfort you provided in his final days.Customer service was also great. Very understanding and supportive.

I first started giving Wuffes joint and hip product to ***** over year ago at first sign of limping and not wanting to do much now at 9 years old he jumps , and runs and does what a healthy dog should do. *** turned other friends of mine and get reports that there dog is always improved. Im a true believer , thank you Wuffes
