      DO NOT USE! We hired ******************** to move us from ******** to ** last Sept 2023. Odyssey, as our broker, chose Green Planet Movers to manage the move. They informed us of this choice several days before our move, leaving us with little time to do research on the company or suggest a different mover. When Green Planet Movers arrived they said we owed more b/c there was more items that Odyssey told them. Just like all the other complaints we were stuck b/c we had to move out of the apartment the very next day. We had to pay it b/c we had to leave the next day for SC and our lease on the apartment was up the very next day. Upon arrival, many of our possessions were damaged or destroyed. We filed the claim, provided photo's to *** Claims. *** approved the claim on March 19 and sent the approval to Green Planet Movers to provide us with a check for the damages. I have called almost every week to Green Planet Movers and have spoken with a ******* or a *******. They always say they are looking into it, or the finance lady is out or at lunch, or the check got sent to the wrong address - we will call you back. Five months of calling to collect a claims check that is due to me. This is wrong and they should do the right thing by mailing the check to me. I have provided the correct mailing address twice and it was on the *** Claim and I still don't have a check. Its discouraging to see these moving brokers and moving companies take advantage of good people who are trying to get moved at a reasonable cost.

      This move was booked with a broker company and there was a revised written estimate completed upon delivery for all changes from the initial estimate provided by ********************* The revised written estimate was signed for on the date of pickup and our movers proceeded with the process.

      We understand that you have filed a claim for damages incurred at delivery and our team has mailed out claims checks that did not arrive. Our accounting team is checking in on the check mailed out on 7/08/24 and placed a stop payment on this and reissued a new check for settlement. If there is any other assistance required please reach out to our office.

      ************** (May 31- June 30, 2024 Extortion, Bait and switch, bullying 1. They withheld critical information about the cost and timing of the move until the day and hour of the move itself when they told me they wont move me unless 1) I sign 5 pages giving them permission to take as long as gov will give them (21 business days), and 2) unless I agreed to to pay 280 dollars extra for packing and 503 dollars more for moving based on an eyeball estimate. You are forced to sign, since airline tickets have been purchased for next day and your house rental agreement says you must vacate. Thus the agreement was extorted from me.2.They withheld information about delivery time until 12 hours in advance, despite my frequent calls, begging for a timely delivery causing me a lot of anxiety.3.At delivery, they extorted another 630 dollars from me claiming that their 23 foot trailer truck could not fit behind the building, even though the Move In Coordinator at the Breakers retirement community where I am staying, said that there have been 200 successful moves of trailers of equivalent size. I call it extortion because they refused to deliver my belongings until I paid it in cash. 4.The delivery driver was very aggressive, bullying me with respect to placement of furniture and boxes. Left me sobbing at the end of it all. 5.Their style of packing made it very difficult for me to lift chairs and lamps out of very large and tall boxes. reassemble of all items disassembled by movers during initial packing 6.They contractually failed to meet reassemble of all items disassembled by movers in that they failed to reassemble lamps that had been thrown into very large boxes.

      We operated as the carrier under contract with 3 Brothers Moving and Storage. There was a pickup window of 5/31-6/1/24 provided and our office reached out the day before to confirm the date and time of pickup. Our pickup crew completed a revised written estimate on site when there were changes from the original estimate. That was reviewed and signed for before proceeding with the move.

      Our company proceeded with completing delivery as quickly as possible. On your original estimate it states that delivery timeframe is within 2 to 14 business days from your first available delivery date of 06/03/2024. Your were delivered on 06/22/2024 which is within the average timeframe for delivery.

      Before delivery occurred our office and your delivery driver reached out to confirm they would be unable to access your delivery location in the middle of downtown *******, with a full-size semi, 54-foot trailer. We provided the necessary pricing and our driver also provided a discount for the shuttle service at delivery.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM!In January, we hired ************ for our move from **************** to ************. I talked extensively through our initial agreement with their representative, ***************************, due to my Mother In Law recently being taken advantage of in a bait and switch moving scam. ******* stated our move was based on a weight estimate of ****lbs and there would be no way for the bill to raise as long as we were under that weight. We were very clear there were loose items and and ******* confirmed as long as we stayed under weight there was no place to increase charges. ******* confirmed a box truck would transport our belongings directly, arriving by January 20th. This conversation is recorded but they will not release it to me. Then the bait and switch. Green Planet Movers, not ************, arrived for the move. We later discovered that Green Planet is the SAME COMPANY that did this to my Mother in Law. The estimated cost escalated from $1800 to $3200 due to additional packing of loose items and garment bags, contradicting the weight-based pricing assured by *******. The customer service person said ******* could not be reached or help us as he was just a salesman and was no longer involved. Delivery delays ensued, with our belongings stagnating in ****** for a week. Ultimately, a third company, ************************, delivered our belongings, but only after multiple reschedules and a late arrival. Contrary to ********* assurances, a 51 semi-truck was used for delivery, leading to additional charges because the truck could not make the turn and holding my belongings hostage unless I paid $150 via zelle to move them into the complex. Our experience reflects what is obviously a pattern of misleading business practices by Green Planet Movers. We later discovered from BBB reviews, they are part of a recurring bait-and-switch scam, involving unanticipated price hikes. I will be pursuing a class action lawsuit against all involved.

      Upon reading your review, we must mention that our company is a full-service moving company and we are not associated with ************. It sounds like you may have booked with a moving broker if so, it is possible that we acted as carrier under their contract. This means we would have completed the pick-up and/or delivery for your move. As for your deliver experience, things can be delayed at times because there are many uncontrollable factors while long-distance movers are on the road. This is why the driver and our office remains in communication with the client during the delivery process. Please contact our customer service agents to further discuss your moving experience!

      Took weeks to get my belongings from ******** to the midwest. When movers finally showed up there was damage to my tv stand and night stand. Only able to get a measly $.60/lbs back since that is there standard insurance rate. Bed frame also missing boards and they screwed up my mountain bike when turning the handlebars sideways to make more room. Would not recommend.

      Unprofessional. Inconsistent. Spineless.Green Planet is simply a disrespectful corporation that prides themselves off of taking advantage of vulnerable and displaced peoples. Hired by ************************ (another awful company), Green Planet physically moved my belongings. The lack of customer service and support during a challenging time was absolutely awful. When I expressed my concerns, they tried to hide behind *******, advising me to connect with them regarding my issues as they are the "broker". If I'm writing my check for thousands of dollars to GREEN PLANET, then I expect GREEN PLANET to assist me. This is a company that has no idea how to guide a consumer, nor show them true support. The lack of respect if returning the money they essentially robbed of me is just ridiculous. Use any company except Green Planet or Trinity.

      DO NOT USE!!!DO NOT USE!!!DO NOT USE!!!DO NOT USE!!!Very irresistible people. They loaded all our belongings in their truck and we have not seen anything or heard from them since. We have called and left many, many messages for them to return our call please. But we have no clue what they are doing or if or when we might see our stuff again.DO NOT USE!!!DO NOT USE!!!DO NOT USE!!!

      Terrible move from start to finish. They completely destroyed a 65 year old danish modern hutch, and a 40 year old Swedish modern entertainment center. We had 14 6 bookcases when they loaded them up; 6 arrived intact but chipped.. They completely destroyed the remaining 8. We submitted an insurance claim but they refused to payout because I could not show proof of purchase on the inherited danish/Swedish pieces, despite the submission of authentication from the manufacturer. Never Let These People Touch Your Belongings.

      Worst moving company ever. Green Planet Movers with an address on ******************* in ******, ******** is the worst ever. We used the company for my mother, originating in ********, ****** and ending in ***********, **********. The three movers blamed all of the broken items on the movers/drivers who drove from another state to *******, which is where our movers originated from (so essentially zero accountability from the actual movers who showed up in LA). They obviously were not pleasant because 1/2 of our stuff was broken, whether they did it or it was already broken when they picked up the truck. Please refer to the photos, but there were thousands of dollars in damage and my mom (70 years old) selected the 60 cents per pound insurance (at the recommendation of the first mover picking up in ******). Then, they make the claim process so ridiculous (i.e. you have to mail physical photos, you have to number the photos to correspond to each item, you have to include a ruler or coin in the photo to compare the size, etc.). Stay far away.******************************************************************************************************

      DO NOT USE. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Absolute worst experience from start to finish. HIDDEN FEES, BROKEN ITEMS, POOR COMMUNICATION, HORRIBLE TIMELINESS, CHAOTIC DROP OFF, UNFULFILLED PAID FOR DUTIES. The actual movers (third party hires) were nice and we felt so bad for them, there was only 2 people doing everything and one was a literal child, MAYBE 12? at the oldest, doing all this moving. The Green Planet Movers and ****************************** BBB who is apparently synonymous, customer service is absolute trash. So rude, no communication, not transparent in regards to any part of process at all. Ended up costing $3k more than what was originally quoted, as they sneak a ton of fees in after they have your stuff and then hold it hostage. Took 28 days to get our delivery, every time we called customer service, be it (in quotes because likely alias's, they don't even have last names in email signatures) "*******", "****" or "************"(the rudest of them all), they were not helpful and have horrible attitudes. We should have known better, we should have been more thorough and not so trusting, so if you are reading this, RUN AWAY. Along with so much of our stuff looking like it was transported in a tornado, very clear, large bold writing like ************** UP and which room to put in like kitchen, closet, bedroom, bathroom, living room, was not honored at all and so many things are terribly damaged. They were suppose to arrive at 9, came at 11, took 2.5 hours to messily stack boxes where ever it fit. They couldn't possibly honor the part where they are suppose to reassemble your furniture because of the awful way they stacked all the boxes and items. Genuinely the worst service and moving experience of all time.

      I don't understand how this company is in service, they make everything seem so good at first then once they have you tied down, it all go's down hill. Paid **** deposit, then they charged me more then discussed it took forever to get my belongings to have alot of stuff damaged. I mean I put things in bins the bins were broken and stuff inside was damaged and broken. People be aware this company is HORRIBLE
