Pikes Peak Shuttle Lot at **************************** allowed my 2021 **** F-450 Super *************** to be STOLEN! Estimated value $123,000 When checking the scene was charged an additional $8 for being in the lot 1 minute more than the alotted 10 minutes. Non payment photo was taken of the perpetrator leaving the gated lot on Wednesday February 8th, collusion with Pikes Peak employees appears the only possible reason for this heinous crime. Reports have been filed with Law Enforcement, ************************ and Insurance Carrier. Lit Gated and fenced area and oversight by **************************** should provide assurance of safety for my property and liability insurance should cover the replacement costs. Exit Gates under repair possible escape route and no law enforcement contact or report was made by Pikes Peak Shuttle Lot employees ******* the ***** or by management. **** anti-theft system bypassed using visible VIN number, local citizens avoid using the parking service because of continuing theft of personal property and vehicles when contacted in the area.Pikes Peaks standards of security and service are abysmal. In the last 30 days, i have experienced both significant delays (30 minutes +, and lack of service (no receipt) ) at ****** International Short Term parking. I would not be complaining other than tonight i had a 1 day trip and spent 12 hours traveling, doing business only to return to a 45 minute hold on being able to exit the *** parking lot along with at least 30 other cars. Attendants, although not responsible, are not capable of understanding severity of issue and have no regard for a persons health. Given that this has happened twice to me and once to my wife in the last 30 days I would like some type of compensation. This is a system that will not open the gate to let you go even if it is complete "their (City of Denvers)" issue. It is ridiculous.. Please help *************************Business response

We reached out to ******************** in regards to his complaint. In order to research what occurred and to process his refund request, we would normally need a copy of the receipt. Since a part of ************************ complaint was that he did not get a receipt, we could find the necessary transaction information using a license plate. We at first emailed him directly on September 7 to get this information. When there was no response through email, we called on September 9th and left a voicemail. He called back later in the day and was unable to get his license plate number, to which we replied that he could call us later or send us an email. He did say he had receipts for the other dates he stated in his complaint and we asked him to email those to us as soon as possible. ******************** confirmed over the phone that he received the first email we sent. Having not heard from him, another email was sent to him on September 13th requesting again the information. We called and left him a voicemail on September 14th to get in contact with us. We did not hear from him again.
