            On June 09/2024, my partner, myself, and two kids parked in a paid parking lot belonging to the aforementioned company. I scanned the ** code and paid for parking. Sometime in the following weeks we received a bill for over $80 claiming that we never paid for parking. I located the charge in my bank account for that day and it was sent to them as proof that parking was indeed paid. It seems that they did not increase their own prices for the event as it was for PRIDE. They responded to the proof asking for more proof including a receipt with a date. I never signed up for an account when I paid for the spot I only logged in as a guest so none of that information was given to me. The company is falsely trying to make more money from people and will not accept that I paid the fee. I have attached the bank statement that literally shows the date, the fee and the company WITH the company's phone number.

            I parked in Nationwide Parking Services lot number **** on 6/4/2022. I was there for thirty-seven minutes. This was my first time parking in this lot as well as using their parking application. After figuring out the mobile and putting in my information as a new customer I paid the fee for the ********************** $5.30. Then a few days later I received a **** for $80.00 for a parking violation. Citation number NW ******. I attempted to call the number on the **** for Parking Revenue Recovery Services Nationwide's dispute company listed on the violation. After having to call back multiple times, I was ordered by the woman on the other end to be put on hold a process that took over twenty minutes. I eventually got through to someone who simply read the violation to me called me a liar and that I had not been on hold for that long then promptly hung up on me. I was on the phone with her for 21 seconds. When you included the time on hold, the time to compose the email to PRRS to dispute the charge as well as this review I started at 12:37 it is now 2:15. I am requesting the charge of the $80.00 be removed since I paid for my parking in this lot.

            I contacted the dispute company and they are unwilling to reflect the payment that I made on June 4 $5.30 and are trying to charge an additional parking fee of $35 reduced from the $80 but still unacceptable.
