on 6/3 I received a parking violation from parking management company at my place of business. When initially announced earlier this year, an outsourced company would manage property we were advised existing employees would not have to register vehicles for our convenience it would be done automatically on our behalf.. which was not the case. I received a parking violation on day 1 and 2. Day one considered a warning, Day 2 fined.. However, I submitted an email complaint and was advised fine would be discussed. A few months later, I have receiced a new violation for partially having drive front tire on parking line... when researched fine info, I found original fine was never actually dismissed but was on file with a late fee attache for none payment. Attempts have been made to get this resolved but feels like falling on deaf ears.

We maintain that we (Parkwell) followed all proper protocols set forth by the property Parkwell was hired to enforce parking rules. The following notices were issued in compliance to the parking rules set forth by the property management company.

Company did not have proper ****** EXL signage in parking lot and illegally ticket my car. Requesting response from business, dismissal of ticket, and apology from business. I have been reaching out for ~10 days with no response, likely purposefully so that the ticket can escalate to the highest charge. This is predatory pricing and unacceptable.Date of Ticket (However, there was no eforceable / agreed upon transaction): 6/27/2023 License Plate: ******** Let me know anything additioanl needed.

Suggest that tourists and hourly parkers NOT use Parkwell parking lots. Also suggest that the city not renew the agreement with them. Although it's happened before, I used Parkwell on June 7 to show my friend the city. We had a hotdog near **** N Acoma lot and then went to the ****** ********** near the **** Larimer lot. We read the Parkwell notice carefully following the directions entering the car license plate, $10 was paid on the credit card for each lot and I even put the receipt in the car window. On June 9 I got a notice ******** of nonpayment and a fee of $25. On June 12 I got another notice (no number) for $57 for *********** parking. Last time this happened, I appealed it with evidence of payment Parkwell didn't accept so I just paid it. This time, I've had it!!

I parked at the Parkwell lot located at ******************************************************** on Thursday June 1st, 2023 at 4:41 PM. I scanned the posted QR code and my credit card was charged for the indicated parking fee.A couple of days later I received a notice by mail stating that I was in violation for parking without paying. Parkwell has the audacity to think they can charge me $45 and threaten me with an additional $ 20 collection fee.On June 8th I emailed Parkwell with proof that I had indeed paid the fee, as evidenced by a number of text messages confirming my payment. All I received was an auto-generated email reply indicating someone would be in touch within 1-2 business days. This morning, June 16th, frustrated and without the courtesy of a response, I emailed Parkwell again. This afternoon I received an email stating " Unfortionately this notice is valid unfortionately. I am not sure who you are paying for that parking but it is not us."This is obviously some sort of SCAM operation. It's not possible to reach Parkwell by phone and there are multiple spelling errors in their one-sentence email reply.Attached as proof: The original citation, my text messages/receipt and the actual invoice from my credit card provider.

Was at the East Evams 2 parking lot and paid for a parking pass on Feb 19th, 2023. This was a 12-hour parking pass and I got a parking violation for parking there around 1:30 pm on the same day. The expiration of my parking pass was Feb 20th, 2023 at 12:23 am. Why did I receive a parking violation when I was still in the allotted time window to park there?

I pulled in the parking lot to wait for my other employees which we all have done on many occasions cause we work at every museum and building downtown for decades with no issues till getting a 25 dollar ticket for sitting in my vehicle which I never got out of vehicle I have done this hundreds of times over the years this is absolutely ridiculous to be charged for simply sitting in your vehicle why has it never been an issue for a decade plus and of recent this is the second parking lot company I've received these ridiculous tickets from.i mean absolutely no one would think pulling over and sitting could ever let these kind of companies to run these shady practices. I tried contacting and had no luck . Not only do the reviews from others speak volumes their f+ bbb rating does as well. That's a scam not clearly posted that mearly sitting in your vehicle would get you these ridiculous parking violations this company should not be allowed to operate in this fashion. I would like this taken care of so the harassing notices will stop.

Hi, I recently paid for parking at a Parkwell lot but received a citation because I didnt pay for the correct lot. I contacted Parkwell several weeks ago to explain that I scanned the qcode on their sign in the parking area and paid for the lot that was shown after scanning; how was I to know it wasnt pulling up the correct lot. There was no additional signage or an address to use as reference; if their sign is only going to have a qcode there should be another means to identify location other than relying on their app.I asked for them to remove the charge because I had already paid for parking. They denied my claim and only allow one appeal. *** reached out a couple of other times but havent heard anything back. Please remove the delinquent payment for Violation # ********

Wrongfully charged for parking on April 7th, 2022. There were no clear indicators that payment for parking was needed in this area. Was left a ticket that looked like a fake ticket for $35. Got mail that now says 60$ was charged on the 7th. The mail does not state any interest or fees so this mail seems fake as well. They're just saying double the amount Is due without explaining interest or fees, and wrongfully saying that was the original amount charged. There shouldn't be a charge at all considering there were no indicators that payment was needed, nor any way to know where to pay.
