On December 8 , 2021 I took my dog to Pawtential pet salon for bath they say call me in few hours when I left dog for some reason they decide my dog has lichen was smart if they call me and ask to pick up dog but owner **** continue service without calling me . When I came back they told me about lichen my dog smell kind of weird like chemical regular shampoo doesnt smell like this I ask **** if they use any chemical she say no . Next day I took my dog to vet of course dog doesnt had any lichen and this not contagious a got letter from vet but instead after grooming appointment dog has allergy and open wound on whole body I also have letter from vet now I have to spend time and money to treat my dog when I call **** again she says she call police at me because I harass her very comfortable position blame on some one . How we can trust those people who can so easy harm our pets . Im very disappointed of this business and ask BBB help me with this matter among with calling on TV station and share with other people my negative experience

Sir I have gone over this incident many times with you in person, over the phone and on the internet.. so once again, Your dog was Sent home due to a Skin condition we found while drying him! We called you and asked you to pick him up because we had no clue if it was contagious and I have a duty to protect everyone and everyone animal in my care! You cannot be upset because I took steps to insure safety in my facility! We do not treat skin issues like seen on your dog so we have no shampoos in our facility that we could have used. I would appreciate it if you stop slandering me on the internet because we did not harm your dog in any way. Your dog was sent home because we found a skin problem and so yes its your responsibility to take your dog to the Vet and get it treated!

I think you miss the point Bree * My dog didnt has any contagious skin condition before grooming * I have letter from vet * Even if you suspect something you have to stop service and call owner , ask to pick up dog right away but you never call me * My dog had skin condition after grooming appointment( open wound all over her body) * I took dog to vet for second time * I have letter about skin damage* Now I have to spend time and money to treat my dog * Instead apology you switch everything and change subject* You cant hide from the truth* Stop playing mind games * By the way during all ours conversations you was so rude * I remember you start threaten me ,say you call police * I just wanna ask for what you wanna call police at me * I just stand for my dog , not harassing you ** And you continue to threating me when put in your respond : stop put about me on internet * Its highly unprofessional talk to customers like that * Im almost 66 you dont scare me girl* And last I wanna say I have good news for you * You never ever hear from me again* Try to explain you something its just westing time , pointless*
