              I dropped by dog off at Urban Dogg on ********************* at 1:20pm for a 1:30pm appt. I informed the groomer that my dog was blind and nervous about grooming. I received a call around 2:15pm, almost an hour later, informing me that they would not be able to groom my dog because she was too stressed out. When I arrived to pick up my dog, she has a burst blood vessel in her eye, which occurred because she was kept in a cage for nearly an hour because the groomer was backed up. I was not informed when I dropped off that they were behind schedule. I would have been happy to bring my dog back later so that she would not be confined to a cage for an hour. I spoke with the groomer at length when I dropped my dog off about her blindness and nervousness and they locked her in a cage for an hour anyway and as a result she has a burst blood vessel in her eye.
