****** was GREAT! He realized that more pipe was actually compromised than previously thought and got the whole thing taken care of. He was very personable and friendly; I liked him quite a bit. Came to fix our garbage disposal. They did so. The next day our dishwasher, which is next to our disposal, wasn't working.They came back, and said they didn't break it, and there's nothing they can do to fix it. Suggested we buy a new dishwasher or hire someone who could fix it.Continued denial on ****** Reviews, and stated they, "spoke to the owner of the property and we are confident he understands the facts of the repair." Urged me to take down the review.I am one of the owners of the home, and oversaw the second plumbing visit. The plumber refused to even touch the dishwasher even though it is connected to the garbage disposal, and the plugs for both appliances are next to each other.Here are the facts:- dishwasher was operable on August 12 - garbage disposal was inoperable due to clog - dishwasher and garbage disposal are connected - Brothers fixed the clog for $400 on 8-12 - The dishwasher no longer worked after Brother's visit - ******* returned on 8-15, and denied any claimBrothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric Response

Hi ********, we were happy we were able to fix your kitchen drain backup . While this line is near the dishwasher, we actually didn't do any work on your dishwasher as we don't do appliance work. Whatever happened with the dishwasher was a result of the backed up drain line itself, not us cabling and opening the drain line. We completely understand how frustrating this must be and hope you're able to resolve the issue soon. We attempted to reach out to you but the number on file was for the landlord and he was unaware of this concern. Please feel free to call us to discuss in more detail at ************.

Cade from Brothers Plumbing was respectful of my house (and considerate of my dog). He explained the problem with my hot water heater to me and my husband, as well as offering advice about future maintenance.
