**** was AMAZING AND REALLY KNOWS ABOUT THE PLUMBING TRADE . Feel so great to know a plumber that is very knowledgeable but has a sense of urgency to come and Help me !! He was like a trusting , caring plumber , like you want to know you can trust!! Feel relieved to know **** the plumber ! His grandfather did it , he does it and loves it ! It shows he cares !!

Great job. They were out several times for various reasons. They were friendly. On time. Knowledgeable. Fixed all the issues and left the bathroom cleaner then they found it.

They have done a number of things over the last 10 years. New furnace, air conditioner, and they took care of a Frankenstein hot water heater situation. They were professional and worked very clean. Love this company!! Would recommend them to my mother!!!

Very prompt service at the last minute and a holiday. Couldnt be more pleased with their customer service. Definitely 5??s. Tech was very Informative and made sure to keep us informed thru the replacement.

Prime Plumbing did a awesome job for ** each time we had to call. Very professional and Informative as what to look for if anything. No strings attached and full disclosure of pricing and going the extra mile for no charge. I tell all my friends and family to call. They clean after themselves and respect you as a person not $$$. I love them!!! They are the ones to call.

They do not guarantee their work and will tell you what you need to hear to move on. Summary: They charged us $750 for replacement labor on a faulty water heater and told us the manufacturer would reimburse that (which they won't).We hired them to replace our old water heater. They did and the water heater failed less than three months later.We called Prime *********************************************** to replace the failed water heater they had installed less than 3 months before. The water heater manufacturer replaced the water heater under warranty (Prime went and picked it up). However, Prime charged us a $750 labor fee for the replacement. I asked them about this and they said ************************ would refund that. They even wrote that on the $750 invoice. Annoying (why wouldn't they just do it for us?), but ok.We called ************************ and they said, "we don't do that. That's not right."We called Prime back and they refused to help and just told us to call ************************ back.After several calls back and forth with both parties -- and Prime's office manager being rude to my wife -- she finally said she would call ************************ and see about doing something.Nothing was ever done. No call back.OTHER COMPANIES in the **** WILL COVER THE LABOR for this kind of replacement. Prime *********************************************** will NOT COVER THE LABOR and they might even lie to you about how you get your money refunded.

Never work with these people! They cannot tell you what you are spending your money on. I never received a breakdown of the costs associated with my water heater replacement only a total due. Never saw how much was credited because it was under warranty. Never saw how much was labor or other parts only got a bill for the total due of OVER $6000 for a RESIDENTIAL WATER HEATER! Too late to back out of the work by the time I realized their communication and billing was so hidden. Even when asked they said they billed by the job so the "couldn't provide" me with an itemized bill. Terrible company for communication and way overbilled.
