    Refund and Exchange Policy
    Returns from NextStone customers (distributors, dealers): Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in full box quantity. Freight is prepaid by customer for return and all returns are "subject" to a restocking fee. Clearance Items, Paint Kits, Grout, Starter Strip are all non-returnable items.
