      The apartment management company took 4 months to fix my kitchen sink last year. I could not cook in my home and had to spend extra money dining out during that period. This year, my AC has been broken for a month and counting. I asked them if they would reimburse me for an AC unit I purchased for the bedroom and they did not respond to several emails. I once again cannot cook in my kitchen as it is 90 degrees in here and I cannot use the oven. The management company also has not addressed mold that is growing in my bathroom. An ideal resolution would be to be reimbursed for the 5 months of inconvenience, increased food expenses, and AC unit over the last year and a half due to their negligence and not maintaining the property.

      Hello *******, 

      Thanks for your feedback. As we discussed yesterday, a discussion regarding you breaking your lease when the sink issue arose was never discussion. Based on our records and the conversation yesterday, we have resolved that issue. In terms of your AC, this is in our maintenance service request schedule. The caulking surrounding your tub (which is peeling and shows mildew- which you believe is mold) is also on schedule. 

      These are not issues that would warrant termination fee to be waived for early termination of your lease agreement as you requested yesterday. However, we will be repairing the issues.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is clearly a pattern of negligence with the management company. I have several unreturned emails/phone calls from property managers in my attempt to get these issues resolved in a timely manner. I could not break my lease when it took 4 months to fix the sink because I was in graduate school and did not have the money, time or capacity to move out. There has been record breaking heat, including heat advisories most of the last month that my AC has been broken. I had to resolve this issue on my own and purchase an AC unit because of your negligence and failure to respond in a timely manner. Currently, your portal shows that the mold issue has been resolved, which it has not. Furthermore, it was your employee who suggested that I could move out with 30 days notice, that was not my original ask. When I asked that you honor what your team had communicated, you refused. That does not honor the agreement that her and I made, and I made plans to move out based on that. This illustrates negligence, poor management and a lack of accountability by Deerwoods Management.

      Hello, 

      I think there is still some confusion. Yes, you are welcome to move, and we are not preventing that. My team member did say we require a 30 day notice. What you are requesting is that your lease termination fee be waived, which we will not do given that you are in fact not fulfilling the terms of your legal lease document. So, you are still welcome to move, however, your termination fee will not be waived, as we discussed by phone. 

      AC is not part of Colorado's warranty of Habitability, it is an amenity that is part of your apartment home. Again, we did our due diligence in ordering the parts to properly repair. In addition, our tech has re-caulked your tub as requested removing the mildew.

      I've been living at ********************************************* unit 5 for almost a year now and for the last 4 months I have had ***************************************************************** I've contacted the leasing of deerwood management and they told me that there's only supposed to be two individuals living there I have had cigarette butts thrown at me I have them all over the front lawn I cannot park anywhere around the building even in the designated parking spots because these illegal tenants are taking up all of the parking not just that but most of these vehicles have expired tags and one of these vehicles is now sitting in parts in the back where the tenant parking is and has been sitting there for over a month now I have had to park almost a block away just to get back to my apartment this is very difficult for me I have a back injury so it creates extreme pain for me to have to walk I have no place to park I have had my car broken into I have talked to the management they claim they will handle this situation and they haven't this has been going on for over 4 months and this is just a tip of it I have photos I have emails that I've sent complaints into and for the last two days I can't even Park here I have to park almost a block away I haven't been able to sleep because these people are up till 4:00 in the morning playing loud music drinking throwing cigarettes they've even spit on my 13-year-old daughter and myself as we approach the front of our apartment they're throwing more cigarette butts in a **** next to my apartment that can easily catch fire they leave their trash and there are several other points that I had to make but what it comes down to is that these actions are a clear violation of our agreement and I need to know what can be done about this. If I can't park here and I can't sleep here and it is not a safe place for my daughter or myself something needs to be done. I have photos emails and police reports for references.

      Im apologize that your neighboring apartment home is causing issues. I assure you that we have addressed this with the resident. Although we we would love to be able to police the community at all times, that is not feasible. Therefore, we hope that in the event noise is too loud, confrontations occur, interactions happen that are inappropriate, you will contact local police.  Especially outside of business hours such as your explanation of 4am occurances.  We will contact the resident again on this side to try to mitigate the situation.

      I have made several attempts to contact and notify my property management concerning a leak within my unit caused by a leak from the unit above me. It took two weeks for them to even send anyone to my unit and look at the issue. The problem has only worsened and no one has still been sent to come fix the problem. *** sent pictures and videos to the property manager and voiced my concerns for I have two small children in the house with me and I worry for the ***** concerning this matter because I worry that mold may be an issue. I have asked if I could be placed in another unit and they didnt have anything to accommodate me. But instead asked me to continue my lease.

      Thank you for your attention in the matter.  We understand that the situation is urgent, which is why confirmation was given to you on 4/29 that our technician would come to your apartment home again today to evaluate the situation. They have been to your some several times, so you can see that we are doing our due dilligence since the time you have reported the situation. Since inspecting apartment homes frequently is not common or customary for us, we expect that our residents will notify us of any issues in their home. Based on your email conversation with our manager yesterday, you seemed to be satisfied with the solution of entering your home again today. I do not see a request to transfer. In fact, i see a request to renew your lease agreement, although you seem to be unhappy with the proposed renewal rate. 

      I encourage you to contact *********, your manager, again to discuss which you would like to do. Would you like to vacate or renew?

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to **** apologize for the miscommunication for I have reached out to you guys for almost three weeks before hearing from ********* where she sent someone out and with that I made her aware that the problem was never fixed in my unit. However when your maintenance guy came today (04/30/2024) he said he said what I was saying last time and apologized for negligence. I only want the matter resolved and properly fixed for the safety of my children. The renewal of my lease as I discussed with ******************** was going to pay **** rent at the base rent I had been paying and I would then be charged the premium rate for **** upon renewal. I would still like to do that if you guys suggest otherwise please let me know.

      I rented from this company at this address ***************************************. For 11 years 11/1/20211 till 2/28/2020 so they ask me to leave two months prior 2/2020. The owner didnt want to renew the lease. Just remember this place like the last two after this address they have been full with drugs , crime sexually assaulted to me ! That are aware of it and they dont disclose! Because I ask them the last 3times I was tired of moving. You have to understand they had a better management when I rented from the beginning! But it got worse at the last 3 addresses now they have new people who are managing this place . That wont show the places them self ! They give a code to get in? And then they ask you to call them back if youre interested? But when you see in other reviews they denied that they do that! The point is that a new ***************** took over in 2/1/2020 because they got fired from the owner who was definitely a person that didnt want to fix or do extermination of mice or *****! And was forced by section 8 to do so ! My problem is That they kept the $500.00 deposit instead of giving to the new ***************** that they were hire. So I went to Deerwoods in speak to older due in the front desk and given him 12 pages o provide that have ! 11 pages that describe my payment , my lease. My letter to vacate from section 8 and their letter they are asking to vacate etc well they wont get back to me ? I am getting sued by their new management company Avenue property management. And just so you know Deerwoods was ask to be there for the final inspection? And they were not ! So where is the proof I am asking? Where the deposit was given and the last month rent was given too? Why are they so incompetent to transfer money to new company. I am will subpoena them to explain to court that I am having to assist against this new company claiming that I owe that money? $500.00 were kept as payment for damages that is what the female told me! Then you will see letter stating the $500.0@ deposit will be kept and the $40.12 will be wave for the length of years, no amount is owed. Then the letter from Deerwoods my managment company at the time given me at that time ******************************************************* and section 8 and last me leaving Deerwoods on 2/11/20 staying balance 0, obviously rent was pay by me in section 8 in full for the last month of February 2020

      so what I need from Deerwoods is simple who kept the deposit of $ 500,00 Deerwoods? Or was given to the owner *******************************? And 2nd question was the deposit transfer to the new management company DRG ? Because that is what Deerwoods should have done? So I need proof of what the did, from Deerwoods pls? We are happy to try to explain the situation in detail with you as best we can.  While a transfer of management can be confusing and concerning to residents, it is common and customary as owners can determine businesses they would like to engage in management with. Your security deposit cannot, and was not applied to any balance that was not warranted, be it damages, outstanding rent, termination fees etc. Should your final accounting exceed your deposit, the balance was transferred to the new management company, and ultimately collections as needed. Your last months rent payment was also applied to rent, as that cannot be withheld by any management company. 

      I would be happy to provide you with photos of damages, as well as your final billing. You are welcome to email me at ********************************* You will see all charges, photos or damages, and how your deposit was applied.

      Sincerely,as usual when it comes like Deerwoods that constantly got fired from  the last 5  properties a rented by the owners of the building or homes ? That tells you the negligence and the incompetence of employees of this company are!!! When I rented I was young! And when I reside at ********************************************************* Deerwoods was fired by property owner! The next unit to me a black couple with children the dude will beat the s*** of the female that I have to intervene! In 1416 ***** st 
      ******, a black female on the 4 fl will beat her BF on the parking lot! Several times I had to intervene and got the police involved, on ****************************************************** live there for 11 years of drugs and prostitution just next out building on a motel called Lazy ? Had 3 managers ******************* , ****** who I pay my rent and doesnt work anymore and ****** something a female, who was extremely incompetent and had a confrontation on the office because I was allowed to have a dog as service ? And she refused!  So now they are saying they arent responsible (Deerwoods ) meaning they kept the deposit instead of transferring to new company DRG , and as usual they are blaming me ! What i know that I contacted this female that thinks I am so confused? No your job is to provide all the information verbally or written? About how now they can just take advantage of Hispanic people!  I give them 20 pages of information that they didnt have! They didnt want to talk to me then when I went to talk about this company that is harassed me now! They have lawyers so they can just turn the law in twist on their favor! Shame on you for targeting Hispanic because that is who you currently keep you working! Because your are terrible in the better white neighborhoods! Now I ask this woman to send her pics a new information ? Who has the deposit? Well is them? I want proof of that ? Now move to ******************************************************** also got fired by the property manager as well on Xenia st the owner fired them! And then ****************** Apt  ****** Co they got fired again by the owner! Now in this two locations after I told them I dont want leave with drug users? Well Im both places man drugs and dead of one older female above me on ************** ! Extremely incompetent ac property management! And their license should be removed! But in these two last locations they transfer both my deposit and history payments! So the rule that they dont transfer that goes out the window! Is your fault for not being there at the day I was showing the home on Xenia that I clean everything for the female from DRG to inspection! 3 managers and nobody there on 2/111/20 is outrageous! Youre job is transfer the deposit as you did with the last two units! These people think that pet with section 8 must leave on drug environment and full of chaos with neighbors fighting! They know me I had always worked out at the gym ! The criteria of section 8 doesnt apply to me! But since I am Latin these individuals made decisions on renting neighborhoods with serious problems, without being in Section 8 ! So I dont get to hear from this female either after I reply to her email? The BBB has this company With the grade of A but not accredited? This grade has to go away! And besides the address that they have here on your website is 510 something but they had been located on ***************** opposite from where they were ? Both office? Are located in the worst neighborhoods 1st one industrial 2 nd by a freeway and industrial! That is why they target Latino people to rent . Because they know they can charge anything they want and get away with criminal activities! Also the fact on 1244 ******* the new owners were talking to me with **** the  female saw a magazine called out front a LGBTQ magazine that offered lawyers , doctors, bars targeted or welcoming to the community I close the door she ask **** why that magazine was there and he said because he is gay! There is no *********** just business and no reason for a business to disclose someone live! And on ******* street ********* case manager wanted to talk to my doctor because of the pandemic? Nothing  but in intrusive company that feels get in my live without no reason! And they think I should be grateful? I pay my rent in section 8 did same because I made that happening! I never been evicted and have no criminal record or drug history issue ! Never been fired from a job ! But this company treats Hispanic as trash ! Racial profiling is the wrong thing to do! Instead they allow white in blacks to have drugs problems and physical confrontations without being in section 8 ? I want my information and not the one I provided to you! And this time BBB dont interfere dont close the case and allow to respond and if the y as usual grade of this company must change and the complaint I am making must stay and just remove my address I provided here fir my safety!       They must refund the deposit to my self, of $500.00 and Deerwoods must provide information with real facts. I want to see your pics of that house in *****! They must be come with a date of 2/20. I want see bills that they claim they use this deposit as repairs? I want the owner of that house address to file a claim? If i ever had to go to court? I want in explanation of why neither of the 3 managers didnt show up for the inspection of me leaving? On 2/11/20. And several months ago, I left my information of 20 pages  ,my email and phone with this company and told that ***** was going to assist me? And why until these day despite of ***** saying glad to share information with me? Hasnt happened they can download the documents to my email ? I left her and email the minute she responded to the BBB? And she hasnt responded? The BBB must look the ****** reviews of this company and take that into consideration? Because all current tenants despite of having different issues? It comes down , that Deerwoods doesnt respond via email or phone unless is a compliment? The BBB must change their current address of this business, and the grade you provide to these company must change instead of A none accredited to C .BBB must be impartial and neutral and demand proof from these company just like you have ask me to do so? Violate that agreement is considered biased. Let me remind you I rented with them for many years. And never was evicted or had any neighbors call to put  a complaint against me. I even shuffled the snow on my both 1sr address with them and clean sweep the outside of the building, without asking ? Thank you

      So apparently I read her mind that she is or was going to be away? Her answer was they kept the $500.00 deposit for damages? And it couldnt be transferred to the new company because the $40.12 over amount place by the business they took over not me! So let me remind her they had to be there in person (management) for the purpose of having the place returned in the same condition, I was given? But failure from their management, created chaos.i am  going to say it for the 3rd time I was at your business several months in left my email address, phone number and the items I wanted from your business? And the response was two options my case will send to review by your employer *****? And then the older dude who is at the front desk he said he had to look in a closet where you guys have maybe 70 boxes of files ? Again 2/2020 computers are available now ! This not the same as I move into that place 11/1/2011, where I  left 20 copies of documents staying that I dont owe any money!!!!!!and since youre 3 managers at that time chose not to be there is negligence, unethical and unprofessional behavior of business. . If you cant understand English all you have to is call and ask me what I what? How many times do I have ask you for documentation I dont have? And as I am sending my initial response after you ***** replied to me here on the BBB . And left you in email and i never got a response if you cant understand my English. And if you can read here on the BBB. Stay my email address, you can see it?       Thank you for the information. As we discussed as part of my response to you when you reached out via email. Deerwoods did not manage this site upon your move out. With that said- the new management company is legally responsible for accounting for your deposit upon move out. We (Deerwoods) were no longer contractually or professionally obligated to complete your move out or final accounting. 

      I suggest you contact the new management company to work with them on providing you photos, itemized damage charges, and final accounting statement.

Instead it has been different stories coming from these company. So I am demanding the BBB to stop being biased that grade that this company has must a D! Why because I have experienced problems where you the BBB who is not located here in ******** instead youre in ******* have the same corrupt behavior.       I'm currently in a situation where my apartment complex is structurally unsound. They redid the flooring in my apartment as well as the one above me before I moved in and they put in new hardwood floors but they obviously didn't do it correctly because I have been able to hear EVERY and I mean EVERY single step that my upstairs neighbors take which exudes a heavy amount of creaking to the extent that I can't sleep or do anything in my apartment without hearing it all day long from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Even MY floor is also structurally unsound. I wrote my property management about it continuously and they have not written me back.They know they haven't written me back because they told me today they didn't care when I showed up to speak with them. The maintenance guy verified that we would have to vacate the premises for them to fix the flooring in the apartment, which means it is unlivable if they have to vacate us to fix things. When I went into my property management and They said it was not structurally unsound, even though they haven't been in the apartment themselves, and they told me I was only speaking about a noise complaint and that they would not allow me to fill out a vacate form and told me I would have to fill out a lease break form if I wanted to leave and pay a fee. I haven't been able to stay in my own home for months because of the consistent creaking all day and even when I spoke with my upstairs neighbors about it twice they have done nothing about it and actually moved in more people including a dog. I have evidence of how bad the creaking is and how this isn't a livable environment until they fix it for the next person to come in. When I went to look at the ****** reviews and recently over the last year there has been and outstanding amount of negative reviews against this property management as well for not handling the maintenance issues, acting scammy with tenants and not handling building issues as well.

      The resident in this case is correct in stating that they have expressed concerns about the noise levels in their apartment, to which our office has responded and offered options pursuant to the lease contract. This is an older building, and consumers need to understand that when renting an apartment in an older building, some noise and sound permeation through walls, floors, etc. should be anticipated. In fact, this should be expected of any apartment building, of any age and class. If a renter wished to not experience any noise, neighbors, etc., it would be in their best interest not to rent an apartment unit in a building with immediate, contiguous units. Apartment buildings are, as a matter of fact, not sound proof. The installation of the flooring, product and materials used, etc. are all consistent with industry standard and it is our assessment that this is simply not a legitimate habitability issue. While we are saddened to hear that the resident has had a negative renting experience and is ultimately dissatisfied, granted this is not a habitability issue, we have offered the resident a means of premature termination of the lease contract. Although there are financial implications with an early lease termination, it is up to the renter whether or not the issue (which is not a matter of habitability) is significant enough to them that they wish to terminate the lease before its expiration. In this case, the renter has thus far not opted to terminate the lease per the terms and conditions of the contract. At this point, should the consumer wish to discuss in greater detail with out office, she is free to contact our office to do so.

      There is an extreme amount of negative reviews about this property management company and they shouldn't be even open for business and renting to people. There are multiple people who have expressed that they have not felt heard and have expressed that to the property management only to not have anything happen. This is an absolutely terrible business with terrible business ethics that does *** care about it since it only wants to scam them for money.

      I had to obtain an attorney to leave this apartment complex. The fact the BBB will do nothing and I had to get a lawyer to leave here is absolutely insane. Your job is so keep people from dealing with terrible businesses and you literally did nothing with this complaint. Hopefully this letter from my lawyer will help you see this property management is illegally scamming people and taking their money unless they seek legal action.

      Our resident building laundry services at my address *********************************************** have been inoperable for many months, specifically the dryer being broken and unusable. Deerwoods switched from coin laundry to ePay laundry through PayRange in 2022, and the dryer went out of service over the summer. No one in my building requested maintenance for this, so I finally did in January 2023. While communications have occurred between myself and maintenance, the dryer is still broken. I have followed up a few different times and all they say is that it is a PayRange issue that needs to be fixed, but I have not been notified of a plan to fix this or a date when the **** will be working again. Maintenance issues like this are recurring and being unable to do laundry in our building is incredibly challenging and has many barriers. I keep trying, but to no avail. I hope you all can help me.

      The property was set up through ******** by ** before the property closed on September 1st, 2022. After the property closed, it was managed by a separate management company. We obtained management again on December 12th, 2022. Since we took over the property, we have encountered two issues. First, we needed to transfer ******** services back to our account. After a complicated procedure, we obtained the service again; however, it was placed into the wrong account when it moved. We have received instructions on how to transfer it into the correct account. The machines will be operable when the account has been successfully transferred.

      Deerwoods Management, is in violation of an legal agreement for protection from eviction by them which they did renege on just two days after a civil eviction case launch by them was dismissed by the court. They immediately tried illegally evict me again. Which I have report to the court and ERAP. Deerwoods, refused for the an entire length of that case to comply with a court order to disclose their rent ledge and other relevant information. Deerwoods Management (*************************) threaten me on 12/01/22 to illegally evict me ASAP with the use of their employees or contactors; without a Writ of Possession from the court or assistance from the ******************* with removal. I have a recording of the conversation which she directly threaten me with this, which I reported immediately to the Jefferson County ******************* Civil Division for their intervention in the matter.In summary, Deerwoods Management has no regards for the ******** Revised Statues protecting tenants. Nor do they respect the rule of law or any contract with they enter into with their clients, tenants, or ***************** or any ************** that compensate and regulate them. They will try to, evict you without cause, and by illegal means, as quickly as possible even if your rent has been paid ** in advance like myself, just to increase their profit margin. After all they are a only shell company own by Saturn Five Control LLC {Id # ***********} which is ********************************* that does not have pay ** taxes and do ignore federal laws. Free to act and wash what ever Cartel or ******* **************** they wish by their rules and not the ones of ** citizens or their protective laws. They needs to honor legally binding contracts they enter into, the ******** Revised Statues, and stop the illegal harassments and eviction of law biding tenants; see that the ****** Metro area is at 14 year high for homelessness and one the top 5 cities in the country that is unaffordable to live in

      This resident appears to have misunderstood the document they received and are citing in this complaint. The resident seems to be under the belief that the notice provided to them was related to "eviction," when in fact the notice was a "Notice to Quit," which in essence functions as a notice of the nonrenewal of the lease. Although we have no requirement to elaborate on the justification for such measures, the notice was served at the owner's direction, as they plan to renovate the units. The notice to quit was not served in response to nonpayment, nor was it related in any way to the resident's rental assistance. In conclusion, this situation was handled in a compliant manner and was consistent with the terms of the Lease Agreement. Our office will gladly oblige and provide additional information or commentary upon request.

      On 12/01/22 Deerwoods Management (*************************) threaten me on to illegally evict me ASAP with the use of their employees or contactors; without a Writ of Possession from the court or assistance from the ******************* with removal. I have a recording of the conversation which she directly threaten me with this, which I reported immediately to the Jefferson County ******************* Civil Division for their intervention in the matter. Yesterday {12/06/22}, Deerwoods Management claimed they needed to do an inspection on my rental today than a 24 hour or 48 hour warning and did not state a the reason for it. I refused in writing seeing I have no reason trust their motives or business practices are in my interest.Once again ************************* threaten me telling me they can access my apartment anytime they wanted to as long was deemed an Emergency which it was not nor did she claimed it was at the time as a pretext to further intimidate and harass me. I called the Jefferson County ******************* Civil Division and they in turn told ***************************** to cease and assist from further violations of the law. ****************** then emailed me claiming that they will not try any further in access on apartment. However, I dont believe her or Deerwoods seeing that they have yet have acted in good faith with me, Jefferson County Court / *******************, ERAP or your organization.

      So move here to this address on 7/29/22, well they ask you for ******* deposit ! My credit report was 691 on your site said 592 then you can ask rent in half paid everything as you requested on money order and cashiers check both for rent and utilities and deposit! So you decide to part away again and you owe me &****** credit that you insisted I owe. The only way you can pay rent here is only by bank account no plastic, that is very convenient you get to walk away with my money? Now you left me ***** house. I told *** had issues with them. So now I will have to move in 7 months again, because you cant paid what you owe me? It took 4 months on my previous residence you rent me as well &****** for utilities that ********* made of mistake, and the well you took over and they were desperate for that money! That place on ******* st had mice, drugs in out the building, theft happened on my unit twice. Very specific my wallet and then prescribed meds, here on ***** st the 2front doors dont close, and I got assaulted physically under your watch! My place got damaged! How outrageous that you wont fixed issues, and send me my money? That is very unethical! And *********************** screwed several times my section 8 forms several times Lish. ***** and I tried to have her fixed that? She told section 8 gives money for deposit wrong info! I made everything possible to make sure you got paid on time with section 8 . So you have your laws on how u collect money so do I! I want my ****** send immediately to well house! I got my back injury to tried to get get all the money do I wont loose the place! And havent been able to work since July/22. Youre accounting does math wrong, and *************************** was rude when I told her I was hurt here, she said look for us again ? No!! I been renting properties since 2008 and you treat people with disabilities very rude since my last 3 places ******** ******* st and last ***** st!!       I am the *** & Employing Broker of Deerwoods Management. I have reviewed the complaint submitted by Mr. ************************************** regarding his tenancy at **** ************** Street. 

       

      First and foremost, the complainant's account of his situation is riddled with inaccuracies, misconstrued interpretations or reality, and it is difficult to read and understand at that. 

       

      Generally, it seems to me ****** feels he is owed money, and he feels he has been wronged by Deerwoods Management in some way. First and foremost, it is important to understand that we no longer manage the subject building located at *************. The owner of the property decided to switch management companies, and the property is now managed by ************************************ This complaint was submitted following this change in management, and it is our belief that the transition played a role in the ******** dissatisfaction. ****** told us that he had previously rented through Wheelhouse/Boutique, and he did not enjoy his experience. He was quite passionate about this, and we feel part of his disdain is attributed to Wheelhouse/Boutique taking the property over (completely out of our control). 

       

      Second, ****** has cited wrongdoing related to the management of funds and his credit score. ******'s credit score was below 650 via the credit reporting provider we utilize. It is explicitly expressed to applicants, and is our standard operating procedure at this property that we assess a higher security deposit requirement for applicants with credit lower than 650. ****** had credit lower than 650 at the time he applied, according to our credit reporting bureau, and thus paid a higher deposit. As for the management of his funds, the credit he is referencing was attributed to funds provided to us through his rental housing assistance. These funds must be applied to rent and we cannot simply send him that money. That money is being transferred to Wheelhouse to be appropriately applied to his ledger with new management. 

       

      In conclusion, nothing about this complaint or the nature of this complaint is legitimate. We shall not, and cannot, release any money to him, as we have no money to "refund." Funds will be approately transferred to Wheelhouse/Boutique. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at ******************************* Otherwise, I expect and anticipate this complaint will be closed with no negative repercussions to our business, as I feel strongly there is no wrongdoing.

      **** add this 4 months living here you just left at beginning on 11/11/22 my bathtub was painted! I scrubbed and paint came off, the faucet of the bathroom the water drain slo bad plumbing, the 2weks I move here the air conditioner goes off in August of this year 3weeks to get a new one when it was so hot and last the breakers of my unit they go off on on ? Who is going to be responsible at the end ? You or me? You rent damage apartments take responsibility Deerwoods. Dont care if youre are managing here anymore this happen while you were in 

       

      This how smooth deereoods mades transition with the trash company? With our current management company, they don't give the money and info of the trash. What's next mice just like you did on ******* stas well see this 11/13/22 this how you're passing information so smooth overflowing the same trash company you did business with it? Lete be clear every time I asked why you left the prior building they always blame the owner of the building is never this company fault really? 

       

      See mold too in my bathroom only 4 months residing here outrageous! Let me blame the company for all my issues to the company who took over ah?

If you knew your contract wasnt going to be renewed why dont you say something regardless, of who is in charge now? Its always your company getting fired and me getting stranded and areas, that crimes are prevalent in out the buildings! And you are aware of that and dont  say anything!and yes youre employees have big mouths and take upon them selfs to disclose my disability. That is most disturbing and inappropriate behavior that you company has! Is none your business to tell anyone! I have see  it and witnessed and experienced that at least in my last 4 places I rented! I am aware that you left! That doesnt mean you couldnt fixed  both gates of the building, anyone can enter the laundry room and tamper with the equipment all electrical,instead of being locked is pretend. Now at the end of my lease I will force to move again without income for me to put deposit or have people help me move. Again you can leave but leaving with a company I cant get along,is your fault! And my credit score was 681 at the time of me moving so on your site say if is 592 you will have to pay rent plus half of more rent now youre saying 650 ? Still with that score I was above. So I should have pay more rent! So yes  I want  my ******* plus ****** plus ****** plus double amount of  531.00, . Section 8 will never give a credit as youre employees claim! On your app since I moved here I owe rent all the time,  your are scammers! Also on your site said only Apt 105 was available in it came with parking so that was lie it was my current unit in 105 and no parking. So take responsibility of the incompetent employee! And yes and all the units you have rented me, never made any transitions smooth with section 8 despite of what  your letter say that your company will made the transition smoothly, you got fired by the owner the last thing is wanting to provide all money and paperwork to who ever is in charge and makes things harder and difficult and have to be involved more 3times my self to fixed everything with section 8 and who ever runs the property after. See I got attacked here on this unit at the last few days you were running it. That happened at my last place that got broken into with your company in charge. And your company of renters insurance wouldnt handle either, despite of you  putting them as choices? All of you are dishonest and corrupt. So keep saying that  you can understand or are responsible as way just saying is not true. See I was told on my last unit on ******* that female who die upstairs had the same disability as me ! Without me asking. So I do know it was ridiculous to make assumptions that we both had the same problem? That puts peoples as a target, I never knew w hat her illness was but  your employee make sure to tell everyone on the building! Outrageous! Here in this building you have people drinking and fighting and smoking weed! The same people youre were renting nobody has left other than my female neighbor, who was given a key so she wouldnt never pay for laundry she offered to me and I say no so special treatment to youre owe race and opposite *** what male employee did that? So again youre being fired you could told me that? Your building at the time wasnt fixed properly you could told me that ? Crime you are aware of it? Could told me that? No parking? You could told me that? Forcing me to pay rent only using my checking account while others let you use any type of payment? That is abusing so I cant dispute that with my bank and if that is not corrupt, in then I dont what is ? Specially with this young people I am surrounded they all want to use Apple Pay,plastic etc and you wont from me I have been a good tenant since all this years since 2008 never damaged your property other  wearing and tearing from the normal years I rented I got  all *********** back never was late in my rent! And I always paid of it! I even was ask if I wanted my unit either painted or remodeled by your employees where did I go wrong? I know I got old and now I am treated like garbage by your employees !

      I need to add couple more things, just so you know about Deerwoods. Because what I want to express there is no safety in here! Mention I got sexually assaulted and the owner not a single word of compassion  ,pls make sure ? That you showed this pics homeless or criminals can come over since the  both gates  dont close! And is being there for almost 1 month since my incident as in assault, and they never come to clean the area, and yes I am ignorant as he claims, that he can read my complaint! Well this my 1st time since 2008 that I have complained to this company, besides I got hit in the head really hard that I cant remember the assault! So is hard for me to put words and grammar and punctuation properly thank Here is proof! And also they Installed washers that are connected with Apple Pay you have to our $25.00 dollar worth to use the machine instead it use to be **** per wash how outrageous is that? Nobody wants to use them and all this under their management
