Work was started on January 30th, 2023. A project that was supposed to take one day (as they advertised) took a week. I emailed them Feb 5th to notify them their work was incomplete. They did come out and fix it.July 24th, I emailed the company for a warranty repair with photos of the areas where chipping had occurred. They guaranteed the product would last 20 years, where most only guarantee 10 years.They still have not come out to fix this, as of November 8th 2023. They are not responding to messages. I am looking for either money back, or fix the chipped areas with some money back.Customer response

I have reached out to the business today, informing them of my steps. I discussed my frustrations of the project and was met with apologetics and hostility. Vulgar language was used by the owner to the customer.Business response

I hired Lion Coatings to lay a floor in my garage on April *******. Within a few weeks, there were several depressions of about ****" which became sticky and discolored. One of the owners. *********************** inspected and agreed repairs were needed. After about 6 months of avoiding me they finally gave me an appointment. I waited all day and they never showed. Thereafter they refused to return my calls, emails and texts, then blocked me from contact, avoiding their warranty. To date they have never contacted me or repaired the poor workmanship.Business response

I never sent you a communication that the complaint was resolved. I have no idea where you got that information as the company (Lion) did contact me with a date to repair and then once again didn't show after I waited all day. I have asked them to contact me several times thereafter and have never heard back from them. THIS COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED!!!!!
