I've been trying to reach Mapquest via email and phone for days with no response. I have 2 issues I need fixed. First, a business called ******** Boat Hauling is claiming that our phone number *************) is theirs. We receive calls from people wanting their boats moved almost daily, and this is starting to cause some real problems as we are a spa and can't have our phones going off constantly. Second, our address is still listed on Mapquest under a dental office, which is what used to exist where we are now. At one point that was correct but it's a different business now and I need to change it and get Skin by ****** (the current business at *******************) on Mapquest. No idea how I can do that though if they refuse to talk to me. I've emailed by submitting requests at least 3-4 times, and I've emailed in a complaint through PissedConsumer. PissedConsumer said Mapquest received my complaint but decided to skip my message and not read it or act upon it. I've also called them 5-6 times using a couple different numbers I found online. Each time I go through the prompts, the phone rings, then someone on their end says "Hello?" and then no matter what I say, I don't hear anything else. It's as if the person saying hello is a recording, it's the exact same voice every time (sounds like a man) and it's definitely not a real person. I have no clue what to do at this point as I absolutely cannot reach Mapquest no matter what I do. I really need these issues resolved and I need them to respond to me somewhere. This is unacceptable customer service from any business and I am unbelievably frustrated.
