I started to work with Lettra Press in May 2023, in order to publish my book. They , as in *********************, senior consultant of the company talked a storm and ensured me THE BEST. I was clueless and believed in the BEST. They promised great customer service and always be reachable, like in a family....That changed immediately after I paid some money. The publishing/editing was the most dilitant and horrific experience. When I thought I get something corrected they managed to s**** another thing up which was totally fine before. After all I decided to push the button and bring the book out. There it really started! At first I ewas told by ********************* , some sales numbers, printer on demand, followed by big sales numbers mid December. I know I had ,lots of sakes, I know many !!! people and they told me.When ever I wanted a report there was none , it was too difficult. Once I found out where their printer was located , they started to falsify reports and certainly never paid me !!! They operate out of *************** and have a fake address in *** with "reviews". They faked sooo many reports , checks , told me they pay me...and never did. They owe me a lot of money!!!! They are fraudulent in my case!!!! They also tried to bully me and it was clear from the beginning , they are only after your !!! MONEY. BAD!!!!!! PEOPLE !!!!!!!! I would never give a star to them but I needed to in order to write this review which is a short version of a complete nasty fraud event!!!!!
