On October 17th, 2022 I signed a contract with weaver construction to rebuild a deck for $24,800, after the project was started on November 15th 2022. The company has not provided a quality product, it has been over 4 months and the owner has not responded to *********** for 2 weeks. They have sent crews to the location several times to try to resolve the issue but have not done so since the crews continue to provide a inefficient level of workmanship. I would like to have the remainder of the issues with the deck resolved, the owner to inspect the end product, and a portion of my payment refunded to me due to lack of timeliness, poor communication, and unsatisfactory workmanship.Business response
