I purchased a pair of shorts at The North Face store in ********** Premium Outlets on June 8th. The product was marked at $29.99 and was on a 70% discount, so it should have cost $9. However, I was charged twice for the same product, and the discount was not reflected on the receipt. I would like to request a refund.Initial Complaint

In November 2011 I purchased my third pair of Altra waterproof hiking boots at Foot Dynamics for $180.00 Incl tax in good faith as I had already bought two prior pairs from them. They said Altra had changed the material so should not have any issues. The first pair frayed/cracked in second season. Foot Dynamics did give me a little discount for the second pair. However, the second pair frayed/cracked in same area. So in March of *********************************************** the toe area starting to fray/cracke. I took them to Foot Dynamics and they said they could not do anything that I would need to contact Altra. So I emailed them with all the info they needed and they basically said no guarantee and said they would give me 40% discount on any on-line pair. I requested a full refund. No reply to date.
