Just experienced the most appalling customer service at you ******************** location by the manager, ********. I found a pair of boots $325 marked down 60% off. As I was checking out it was $197 so I asked if that was the right price. She said the ticket was incorrect that the boot was marked down to $260 with 30% off. I informed her that wasn't what the ticket on the bottom of the boot stated so she pulled up the website. I said I'm shopping in the store so I wouldn't know what the online price was. She got so loud and nasty I never seen anything like it in my life. She stated how they were short staffed and are currently changing the tickets but haven't gotten to that one yet. Her nasty attitude was wild, it was so bad I just returned the boots and the other worker at the store came over to apologize for the managers behavior.FREEBIRD Stores Response

Received my first pair of RIP boots after much research and anticipation. Unfortunately, the quality of the soles and dye was poor. They appeared to have been trimmed by hand leaving gouges in the grooves and a scuff on the side of the boot. The dye was unevenly distributed making them look cheap. The upper leather did appear nice but I was so disappointed that I initiated the return immediately. The boots say 'made in ******' which is odd because their website says they're made in ***FREEBIRD Stores Response

Our shoes are handmade in ****** with leather sourced locally. The leather supply chain is quite complex, but we do source from suppliers who obtain and treat their hides in sustainable, ethically sourced ways. Our home office is based out of ******, ********.

These people are scamming people out of their money. They kept sending me replacement razors when I asked them not to every month. I tried to email them no response and I tried calling them but the phone recording says to use the email address. Do not under any circumstances hive them your credit card information. I ordered a razor and received it. However I did not create an account (ordered as a guest) nor did I sign up ************ future shipments. In fact, I opted out or unchecked anything that suggested otherwise. I get an order conformation for replacement blades on a Sunday at 2:42AM followed by a charge on my credit card. Interesting that they charge your card in the early mornings on a Sunday when the company isn't even open. Then you have to wait for normal business hours to call and dispute it.Review from Tammie I

FREEBIRD ARE SCAMMERS I ordered a pair of boots on sale no where when I ordered did it say final sale. Boots did. Not fit correctly they will not do anything to compensate. Its a disgrace to treat hard working people this way their boots are very expensive and I used my Christmas money to treat myself. Now I spent over 100 dollars and have nothing. I am so so upset I have reached out over and over now I am being ignored please if anyone can help. Like I said 120 dollars may not be much to some but to Me its a lot it saddens me to see how little Freebird cares about their customers. In todays times companies should be more helpful and understanding I have not worn them I cant I dont understand if I knew I would be taking a risk I would Of never purchasedReview from Julie R

Omg, I'm so very pleased with my boots!!! They're everything they claimed, beautiful craftsmanship, color, feel, fit, comfortable. Just perfect! **************** was very helpful as well, Even the box, and boot bags are sweet! when I got an email informing me the boots I originally ordered were gonna take longer to get because they had sold out and were in the process of being made. i didn't wanna wait So I found another pair and in days they were at my door. I placed multiple orders with exchanges their staff and customer service do not do refund transactions correctly. I have returned all 9 but 2 pairs of boots and so far with emails saying they refunded about two weeks ago still no refunds. Watch out for this company their stuff does not know how to read email or look into your orders nothing. They will rip you off with exchanges they also change order numbers and only give Partial refunds. You better keep track of all your emails. Also want to say for the last two years EVERY order I have to return and or exchange so much do to BAD QUALITY I mean BAD! One shoe is always super big and or does not match the other boot. I love these shoes and boots! Extremely modern and attractive. I did my first on-line order and holy moly what a sketchy process. I'm surprised how expensive and widely sold these shoes are to have such an antiquated system in place. The "Shop" app comes across as a scam. Says its individually verified as secure, (okay, by whom?) But, required weird information to process my order. Freebirds emails and order information gives zero information when the order will ship, etc. Then to make matters worse, just to see what Shop does give you when you ***** them access, it said my order was delivered. Which after getting in touch with a live agent, my order hasn't even shipped. Lastly, reaching customer service is like trying to get through to DMV, which feels like you can't reach anyone and you've been duped. When you call the stores to get information, they don't have access to certain information and are required to call customer service. Not sure the shoe and the lack of technical issues will have be buying another pair at this price. Super disappointing.
