I have been trying to get an estimate for replacing two skylights on my covered patio since May . Eco Roofing replaced my roof in 2018 and did a decent job. We had a technician come out in May for a repair on a flashing that was loose. He repaired it and took measurements of the skylights . Numerous calls and messages left without answering or return . When I was able to reach a live person (manager) she assured me that she would have ( co-worker) contact me with an estimate . She did not ! More calls and unanswered messages . Finally a live person again (customer service)who assures me that he will have someone else contact me. Never happened ! More calls and finally a live person again (manager) who assures me again that she will have (co-worker) get me an estimate . Nothing ! More calls and a different live person this time who deserves a medal for caring and following through with her word . With her help I was finally emailed what was suppose to be an estimate from (co-worker) . No breakdown to explain how this estimate was calculated . No price for materials to show me what I would be paying for the skylights , or the labor, or the hauling away of old materials. Just all lumped together with one big price of $4163.33 for two skylights . Why didnt you just say you didnt want to do the job instead of giving me an estimate that wasnt detailed and was priced out of sight not to mention dragging it out from May until August?

I apologize for the delay in getting you pricing, and I can assure you that we did not provide an estimate to scare you away. We rely on our vendors to provide pricing to us so that we can share a complete project cost with you.
I'm sure the delay was not entirely on the vendor, as May to August to provide a quote is unaccreptable.
We will follow up directly to discuss the project and help it move forward.

AVOID ECO ROOF AND SOLAR ! I did not have a great experience with this company. Their team left an absurd amount of debris, trash, water bottles, hot sauce, nails, and a ***** SAW on my property. I have young kids, and animals and I had already kindly three times ask them to clean up after themselves when this happened. Thank his nobody was hurt. ***********************, the owner, said this is just what they do and brushed it off as no big deal as long as the roof was done well.Review from Victoria B

DO NOT engage in business with ECO Roof and Solar. This company does NOT pay the subcontractors after they receive payment, and and your property will ended up with a CLAIM OF LIEN for non payment to the subs. This is public information that anyone can look up.Eco Roof and Solar Response

** and **** and all the crew from Lakewood were amazing. I was so worried I would pick the wrong roofing company. Needed to completely replace my old flat roof and they did it timely, professionally and with great care. They were comprehensive in their explanation of what needed done, listened to my concerns and did exactly what they said they would do. Cannot say enough good things about this company.
