****** ***** left use with a live wire in are sack room call him a number of times he said he would be here and never showed up call three times in the past four months I believe since the last time he was out here I really think he got mad because I sent his man back. He didnt tell me that they were gonna come back the same day I had an appointment with my husband, my husband. has dementia and ask him to look at the back panel heater in our back room didnt ask him to fix it today. I didnt have the money to do that today. I just had the money to fix our solar, so I really think he got mad because I sent this guy away. Usually you make an appointment and then they come out the way I found out we had a live wire was mopping the back room and a toy flew across the room and hit that outlet and it thanks God for me right ************************* also claims that he is the owner. which I put cash in his handBusiness response

Im the owner of Capitol Solar Energy Company which is a Solar hot water company. I have a master Plumbing license, Im not an electrician nor deal with anything electric minus a few controllers here and there. I rearranged my schedule last winter to get to her house the same day she called because she did not have heat. I restored her heat and while I was there, she asked if I could look at her electric baseboard heating. I attempted to adjust it however it did not work. I then informed her I am not an electrician and could not assist with this. *** tried to help them out by waiting to cash checks and giving them a break on the bill. The last job I did for them I had to call them multiple times over multiple days to get a response to get paid, my wife went to personally pick up a check. The last interaction I had with them was sometime in the beginning of 2023. I have not had any missed calls or messages left by this family since. I attempted to call after I saw the complaint to figure out what the problem was and try to fix it however no one answered or responded to my message.
