I have completed a survey with this company and was promised a $20 Amazon gift card. I was never sent the card, and have sent two emails inquiring about this. Those remain unresponded. ************Business response

This company offered a $5 GC for completing their survey (which I did) and now they are saying they cant verify my account so they want all kinds of ID sent to them. This is just a ploy to get out of giving me the promised reward. You need to sanction them in some way.Business response

I have been a member of this site for about a year. I provide honest answers and have completed all the requirements asked of me. Yet last month my account was terminated for NO REASON and when asked for the reasoning was told they WILL NOT provide any information due to privacy? Who's privacy? That makes no sense!! I again asked for clarification and can not get them to answer. The really frustrating thing about this is that the week prior to them canceling my account I had told several of my peers to sign up....that this was such a great way to earn a little extra in your free time!! And each and every one of them put ALL of their personal info into the website just to be told they have an issue with their account???? Several of my peers are beyond upset that they gave personal information to this site biased on my recommendations just to be scammed into giving that info out!!!Business response

Business Decision Makers solicited me to fill out a survey to provide them with insights. I completed the ~15 minute survey and then I created an account on their website in order to get payment. I used a secondary email ************************ to create the account. At that point, there was a link to collect payment on their website. However, based on the code on their website (it was essentially a button with no instructions or link), it was clear they did not intend to issue the payment. I can't remember exactly how much I was promised (maybe $40), but they never followed up and clearly do not intend to issue payment. I have tried to contact them and I get no reply.Business response

I completed a survey for this company on 03/25/2020 survey #*****, sent the Amazon card through their site to my email 4-5 times never got it, contacted them several times with no response, I don't know how you run a business like this and cannot respond to someone who contacted them just to get my pay out $10 Amazon gift card for completing the survey,so sad they attempt to run a business this way, bet they take my answers and get paid for them, seriously act like professionals and step up to the plate and pay your dues rookies!Business Decision Makers, *************************************************************** 80206.businessdecisionmakers.com ************Customer response
