      We purchased a food trailer from this company. Before agreeing to the sale and producing a 50% deposit on the trailer, we were promised a 12 month warranty for the trailer. When we went to complete the sale and pick up the trailer they had changed the term of the warranty to 6 months. When we have tried to get work done, it has been substandard and does not follow relevant code. The electrical system is dangerous and they have agreed to have a 3rd party replace it. I have provided a quote for the work to be done and they are delaying the process by not responding.

      I purchased my food trailer from this company last year and I paid $28,000 witch $1,500 my trailer to pass inspection , I have been told for months that my trailer was ready, I didnt trust what they were telling me because this is now the 3 rd manager that I have dealt with and my food trailer still isnt ready,the company tried to compensate me with two extra feet on my food truck I was happy with that,then I received my trailer only to find several things wrong with it. It was picked back up for repairs and delivered to me once again. I take it to ******** ****** of July weekend and had trouble with my gas line,lights and air conditioner. I contacted the service manager and he text me back a plate of food that he was waiting on at a restaurant and told me I would have to give him a minute although all the others I have been dealing with were in the office and could have been assist to me with these problems. I have lots of videos and text messages that will show everything and it will also that they sometimes dont respond at all or it takes them days to respond. I have had my food trailer parked in front of my house since July 3,2022 and now the company tells me they cant pick up my truck for repairs until July 23,2022. My insurance on my trailer is $246 a month,my commissary is $300 a month and I just got a storage for it thats $200 a month,I paid for a warranty that has been a headache because the things that the warranty cover are not being repaired properly. I made $500 a day for a few hours in ******** and I dont want them to keep putting me off because its costing me not them,I paid $28,000 cash for a dirty trailer and non working, I was promised my trailer would be wrapped and my menu would be done as well and to this date no menu and I have a lot to say about them honoring my wrapping be I was told for what I wanted was free and now the news manager says she paid $1,500 from her check to cover my warping and menu and still have not received a menu.

      Hello, I purchased a trailer from the Fud trailer back in July 2021, I received the trailer in November which they said Id receive in about 3 months from July, when I went to pick it up the door was not fixed as well as the window you take orders from. In December they said it would be fixed so I waited and ******* has been giving me the run around come to find out I needed a different water heater so I called ********* and let her know she told me they would have them in that Thursday , this was in May which took a whole month for me to drop off the trailer theyve had it for over 2 weeks now and told me it would be ready for pick up Saturday June 9 I went that day and they said it wouldnt be ready until Monday latest Tuesday so she calls today which is July 11 and said it wont be ready until Thursday. Theyve given me the run around since Last year about the title as well. I have not received a title for the food ************ had to give me 3 temp tags already which she wasnt trying to do(*********) also when I went Saturday there was beer bottles all over the lot. Im paying monthly for the trailer also for commissary. I let her know I could take the faucet out to pass ********************** told me no to just wait so Ive been waiting for *********** keep changing the dates when the trailer will be done. Its been 9 months theres no reason it should be taking this long especially because she told me they only needed it for a few ********** would be ready for pick up. Ive called and texted her a lot & she will not answer. Ive went over *********** always another excuse for why my trailer is not done. I needed to be selling for the ************ already almost the end. This is ridiculous.

      We have been dealing with ********* from this location she is continually moving the dates of our delivery the finance company has already paid them all the funds for the fud trailer this individual continues to move the date we have proof through texts and others being on the line when verbal conversations are occuring. We rented a truck in our home ***************** and rented motel rooms because they told us the truck would be ready and went to colorado to receive the trailer when we arrived the date was again moved. Then we spoke with ***************************** who identified himself as the owner of the location. ****** told me that he would provide $600 for the inconvience that they have created with their unprofessional conduct. I told him that would be fine and i would be by to collect the cash, when we arrived he then stated that he would wire me the money after the 9th after i receive the trailer. I have already made two payments for a trailer i was already supposed to receive and still have not received as they keep changing the dates. This conduct has created a financial hardship on our company paying for a product for our business we have still yet to receive i would like the company to reimburse me half of my expenses due to the changes that occured being their own fault through their unprofessional business dealings.
