I Picked up the Load on 5/5/2022 which needs to be Delivered on 5/7/2022. My broker Archerhub send me a contract for $2700 which I accepted. When I was 6 hours away from my destination he emailed me this load can not be delivered on 5/7 because the consignee is closed on Saturday and I need to deliver this load on Monday 5-9.I agreed & asked him to send me a Revised rate confirmation with a confirmed delivery date & appointment. with two day layover. Which he did not send it. I told him I am not going to deliver this load till I received a new contract. Finally, he send me a new contract with layover and I delivered the load on 5/10. Now he is not paying for the layover.Initial Complaint

I was contacted only by email and than told i would be sent a check by mail which i receive today, I was told to deposit into my account and i did not,I decided to inform BBB about a scam.Business response
