In December 2023, I paid $4,800 to secure family therapy services for my daughter. After resolving a health coverage issue with our insurance, I am due a refund for the remaining balance.Since January 2024, I have been trying to reconcile this billing issue, but the ******************** has been unable to resolve it. They have given various excuses, held onto my money, and provided terrible customer service with no direct point of contact. While I appreciate the excellent care provided by the *** department, the administrative side has been extremely disappointing.For a family in need of emotional and psychological support, the additional stress, financial burden, and anxiety caused by these administrative issues are unacceptable. Despite the great healthcare teams, I cannot recommend this company due to the unnecessary stress and financial strain it has added to our situation.My request for a refund has been ongoing for the past five months.
