On the 6th of April 2024 I purchased a vehicle from Key Automotive for 16k. I test drove the car and it seemed fine. I payed 2k down and drove it off of the lot. On the following Monday I brought it to my shop to have it inspected and my technician told me that there was ************* on the transfer case. I called them and told them the issue and the lady told me the vehicle is sold as is and they cant to anything. I looked at the car fax report and it doesnt state anywhere that there is a crack or a leak anywhere. A couple days later I go to align it and I see that the transfer case is leaking and so is the oil. I call them again and ask if theres anything they can do to fix it and she tells me the same thing and that if I want to take them court I can. Now I have an unusable vehicle that I am scared to drive, especially with my sons.I need help and I dont want this vehicle anymore.Initial Complaint

Im a Specilist in ***************** Army. I went to key auto Denver to buy a vehicle for ***** Dallors on March 2nd 2024. Less than a week later I had to have it towed to a shop a week after that had it towed again. It has been nothing but problems Sence owning it. I was driving home yesterday and it left me stranded for a 3rd time with 30 days of owning it. I called key auto Denver and a man named ****** who claimed to be the owner told me that there is nothing they can do to help. After reading these other complaints on the BBBs site it appears this is a habitual problem with this dealership and they often sell subpar vehicles with no regard for there customers.Initial Complaint

This business lies about what I was getting my self in too. And the more I own this vehicle the more problems I find. For a 20k dollar car is not worth that with all the problems it has. Bought the car 11.31.2023 I was told I was getting a free emission test and it was added to the bill. Over all I was lied to and deceived. I posted on ****** a review with some pictures of the codes that this car has. 37 codes on this vehicleInitial Complaint

I recently purchased a 24 thousand dollar car in October 2021and it broke down two and a half months after around the first days of January I also purchased a warranty. The car now needs a new engine and warranty or the deal warship want to help pay for this the want me to pay extra ****** dollars for reconstructing a engine and around 20 thousand for a new one I just want to see if I can do something for them to be responsible about this. The first shop I took the car said they had given me the car with no oil and thats why it happened and now the person from the dealership is telling me that he did do oil change it just wasnt on paper or in anything to show me thank you!
