Ive been taking my babies to Pets on Broadway for the past 11 years, since I moved to CO. I love them. They are knowledgeable, have never steered me wrong, and are caring and compassionate. I have probably seen all the doctors there and aside from 1 recent experience with a vet I had not seen before, they have all been exceptional. There are so many good things I can say about them but caring about their patients is #1 for me. For example, unlike previous vets Ive had, if there is an emergency theyve always been able to fit me in. Even if its not an emergency but an urgent issue (recently it was my dog having a limp suddenly and also not feeling well) theyve always gotten me in to see them writhing 48 hours. This is HUGE both because I trust them and dont want to go to a vet I know nothing about and also because emergency vets are SO expensive so being able to fit in my pets quickly is a GIANT deal. Last year one of my dogs was attacked, had her ear ripped, was bleeding like CRAZY and needed surgery. It was on a Sat evening after POB closed and the ** vet was not only horrendous but also INSANELY expensive. They still hadnt done the procedure by Monday morning so I called POB and they got my dog in within hours. Amazing.Another example of how caring a while back my dog was diagnosed with late stage bladder cancer and would pass at any time but was still so happy and not in pain. I got the news 3 days after my 34 yr old husband went into hospice care. They were SO compassionate and I cant even imagine how hard it was for them to deliver this news. The vet I always asked for back then even offered to come to my house to put her down when the time came so I wouldnt have to leave my husbands side. Incredible. Highly recommend.
