We want to assure you that our primary goal is the well-being of the animals we care for, and we regret any perception that your experience was profit-driven. A standard process at our hospital is to provide estimates for the recommended services before they are performed to ensure fairness and transparency. We appreciate your cooperation in signing the estimate you were provided.
We accept a variety of forms of payments from independent financing solutions to ensure pet parents have options when it comes to the treatment of their pets and want to clarify that the approval process is handled independently. We do allow clients to utilize our computer to apply,when necessary, as a convenience in an already stressful time.
