      These are the most underhanded twisted criminals out there. They prey on people who are dealing with sick pets and overcharge exorbitant fees for routine care and diagnostics. My cat was not able to keep any food down and was throwing up for approx 48 hours so I took her in to get checked out. I left less than 18 hours later with a $2000 bill for all the baloney they supposedly did. She was. NOT EVEN SICK...they basically gave her IV fluids and charged me a ridiculous amount of money for it. They had me apply for a "care credit" credit card and basically the services came out to almost EXACTLY the amount I was approved for. It is a setup and they are employing despicable business practices and price gauging people who are afraid. It's disgusting. Don't go to Vida Vet clinics. You will regret it

      We accept a variety of forms of payments from independent financing solutions to ensure pet parents have options when it comes to the treatment of their pets and want to clarify that the approval process is handled independently. We do allow clients to utilize our computer to apply,when necessary, as a convenience in an already stressful time.

      They tell you one thing and backtrack when you are there. They lie too you and will do it right too your face!! My 3 cats needed updated vaccinations. When I was there in June for one of my pets I asked then and was told they charge one for multiple pets and usually allow two but three wouldnt be an issue. So I called to set up an appointment and again I specifically asked them if they charged an office for each pet or one for multiple. Again I was told they charge one for multiple. I was told the exact same thing by two different employees!! I get too my appointment with my 3 cats, talk with the vet tech and proceeds to say the cost for the office appointment, rabies and distemper times 3 will be 568? I tell him what I was told and he says he has to go talk the vet. Meanwhile I go out front and ask who makes makes the appointments? They say we all do. I proceed to ask about appointments for multiple pets and I am told exactly what I was previously told. Charged one office visit for multiple pets. Meanwhile the vet tech comes back in and tells me no and tries apologizing for being given misinformation, I tell him that I just went out and asked again and I was told the exact same thing that I was told before. So he then precedes to go ask the front desk what they told me. I gave him a sec and then go out also so I can hear what is being said. When I walked out they heading to the a back room to talk alone and stopped when They saw me. Then the front desk person back tracks and lies right to my face! Says they do multiple pets for one appointment but theres an office for each one? I said I cant believe you just said that that is not what you just told me. Then I said Im not paying that and left. I wasted my time, upset my cats getting them in the carriers, transporting them to the vets and the going to the vet. Did all of this for lies! Not a good way to run a business!
