Crew was friendly, courteous, helpful and informative. The crew and mgmt staff coordinated to resolve problem with missing heat diffuser pieces discovered after demo and removal of debris. Crew leader was careful to explain each step of work, including risks, health hazards, precautions and scheduled event times. Crew and staff went out of their way to find plumber to fix leaky shutoff valve on hot water supply line to lavatory. Crew and staff coordinated plumbing repairs to maintain completion of the demolition and mitigation work. All services were completed in a professional manner. Customer satisfaction was recognized as a goal throughout the work. Team effort was appreciated.

Great job to ****** and his whole team, he found the leak right away and was here to help the next day. The job went smoothly and correctly. Being a General Contractor myself I will be using these guys for my clients as well.************

This is a dirty company that is efficient at defrauding your insurance policy. We had a fire at our home and the mitigation team we hired, equally as dirty, brought these guys in to handle our contents. They packed us out in a couple of vans and two trips with a small box truck. When they returned on the first day they showed up with two HUGE moving trucks and multiple vans. They filled our house with hundreds and hundreds of boxes then told us they would be back the next day. That night we began to open up boxes. Box after box was 80% packing material and very very few items for example. One 16"x16" box had a single baseball cap, another had 6 plastic containers you get at ******************* something most people would throw away, in another scenario a train toy set of my son's left in one box and was returned in 6 boxes. The next day when they returned my wife asked the supervisor why all these boxes were mostly empty. With a straight face she said "well the insurance company pays us per box."Dirtiest part was we told our adjustor who then told them their pack out count had to match the pack in numbers so they provided falsified documents that said they were the same number of boxes. Horrible disgusting company. Stay away.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We understand that the amount of boxes that things get packed into after cleaning can be overwhelming. We do our best to make sure your items are as protected as possible to prevent breakage however possible. Sometimes employees maybe are a little ****** cautious about protecting an item. This may have been the case with your items. We do bill per box that we use when packaging your items and yes, the insurance does pay per box used. In your case the textile items (clothing, bedding, ***********) were taken offsite in plastic bags but brought back in boxes - this adds to the additional box count as well. We have double checked and your insurance was billed for the same amount of boxes on the pack back as they were the pack out (231 boxes total), save for the textile items that were now in boxes instead of bags (68 additional boxes for textile items only). Additionally, the amount of money we "profit off" of each box is very minimal. So, the accusation that we a defrauding the insurance by using too many boxes is unwarranted.

It took us 10 days with 3-5 people each day to properly box up, wrap, pack & inventory out all items within the home. And it only took 2 days with 5-6 people to bring everything back to the home, so yes, there were more trucks when we brought everything back, but that is so the homeowner can get as much back on the first day of the pack back as possible. The moving of items out at the beginning is always much slower because we carefully pack, wrap & inventory everything as it comes out of the home. It has already been packed, wrapped & inventoried when we bring it back to the move back in is naturally much quicker.

We hate reviews like this but we wish this homeowner the best in their future endeavors.

Wow. *** was a wet one. And boy did our basement get hit. We thought we could handle it at first after hearing how expensive it was going to be. A few weeks later when it started to stink, we knew we were in trouble. So we found All Pro and we had them come out. They gave us an estimate and we asked them to get started as soon as possible. We might have to start over, but we are so glad it doesnt stink anymore! Thank you All Pro!

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE AGGREMENT AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO LEAVE ANY EQUIPMENTS AT YOUT PROPERTY BEFORE YOU TALK TO YOUR ADJUSTER or before you are 100% sure you want to use them. If I could rate negative stars, I would. I feel like I was being ripped off by this All-pro company. PLEASE BE CAREFUL ONE MORE THING. ALL-PRO'S ESTIMATING SHEET SHOWS ONE PRICING AND THEIR CONTRACT MIGHT SHOW DIFFERENT THINGS (in my case, my mitigation estimating sheet DID NOT show the charge for DECONTAMINATOON but they made me pay for decontamination because ALL- PRO said on the phone BECAUSE I SIGNED THE BINDING CONTRACT). Clearly in my case, the Mitigation estimating sheet showed me one thing, and they gave me the contract to sign that showed different thing. DO NOT TRUST ALL-PRO. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING OR AGREEING ANYTHING WITH ALL-PRO. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY.I have alsi6 just read All- pro's response. Please DOUBLE AVOID this company. They lied on their responses too. After the rain on Thursday May 11th, many restoration companies were fully booked. I kept finding and found All-pro on May 18th. They offered 24/7 services with $350 EXTRA on Thursday and asked if I wanted a free estimate on May 22nd. Thank god that I chose free estimate (thank god that my instinct told me not to trust All-pro). After giving me $19,900 for only ****sf of work, the estimator told me that they can perform the work right away. I asked what if the insurance WON'T COVER the mitigation, the estimate said I could just cancel the contract. That's why I went ahead and singed the contract and they left 3 dehumidifiers for less than 3 hours and charged me almost $1,500 *********** rent $50 PER DAY). WE CAN DO ALL THIS BY HIRING A HANDY MAN FOR MUCH CHEAPER and less headaches dealing with bad company as All-pro. I posted this review from the bottom of my heart so home owners don't get trapped by All-pro please!

Transparency is very important to **. As it is evident in the review above, we did not do anything unethical in our approach. The customer admits that we offered after hours services on the day she called (5/18), for an additional $350, plus after hours fees, or a free estimate during business hours (5/22). She chose the free estimate on 5/22 - we honored that by booking her 6 days out (which was our wait time at that time due to the rainstorms). The customer also admits that we provided her with an estimate before starting any work. She was 100% aware of what our services could/would cost. She chose to sign a work authorization to have ** begin but asked ** to minimize those services "just in case insurance didn't cover it". Which we did. We didn't remove any materials, we didn't spray any chemicals, we only placed drying equipment while she confirmed coverage. Leaving her with plenty of options should insurance not cover her claim. When asked if she could cancel the contract if insurance didn't cover it, of course the answer was yes. But that doesn't mean the services rendered were going to be free of charge. That means she would not be obligated to the full $19,900 estimate, if her insurance didn't cover the claim. And she is not. She is only obligated to services rendered on 5/22. No company is going to begin services and not charge for what was done. We never said our services were going to be free if insurance does not cover it. As a matter of fact, our work authorization is clear that we are not guaranteeing coverage and that payment is stilled owed even if insurance does not cover a claim. We are sorry this is not covered by insurance. And we wish this customer the best of luck in hiring handymen to fix a water damage loss that has been standing wet for over 2 weeks (where there is likely to be mold under/behind materials). Of course there are always ways you can get things done cheaper. ******* doesn't mean better though. Professional, insured & certified services are always more expensive. Good luck.

All pro was called to my home following water damage to house; their employee, ******, gave us a brochure for a company called Integrity air testing and said that the state required air testing and that they are highly recommended so that we should contact them. We did so; Integrity came to our home twice spending about ***** minutes each visit; we then received an invoice for $3568.32. This was submitted to our claims adjustor for payment. He questioned both All Pro and Integrity to further understand and clarify these exorbitant charges and stated that there was no state requirement for this air testing; only for asbestos testing which he would pay. He also questioned All pro charges which were considered unnecessary. All Pro made some adjustments to their charges; however, Integrity did not respond to requests for information. The insurance company stated that they could not cover the unnecessary charges of Integrity; however, the All Pro employee said these services were required. Payment for All Pro and Integrity was held by insurance company pending further clarification. All Pro then called me to demand payment and threatening collection. It appears that these two companies are attempting to have consumers sign for unnecessary services and work together regarding these referrals. I paid All Pro their charges to avoid a collections account; but I feel this has happened to many people.

We can understand where the confusion came in about Integrity Environmental. ****** would have left a brochure and would have advised that the International Industry Standards (through the ****** require air testing before and after mitigation in order to verify our process and whether or not we did the mitigation correctly. After we discuss air testing with the homeowner, we do have Integrity call the homeowner to discuss the process further (usually the day after we start) and then Integrity sends their own representative to perform the test and again explain the air quality testing process to the homeowner. All Pro Restoration did not hire Integrity though. We refer them because we do adhere to the International Restoration Standards. We do not hire them. We allow that agreement to be between Integrity and the homeowner. The contract with Integrity is between the homeowner, Integrity and the insurance. What could have been confused as "required by the state" is Asbestos Testing. That is definitely required by the state of ******** before we disturb any material that could potentially contain asbestos. There was no dispute from insurance about the asbestos testing. All Pro Restoration has a contract with the homeowner. Integrity has a contract with the homeowner. All Pro's **** is not associated with Integrity's ****. Therefore, All Pro Restoration's payment cannot be withheld due to a dispute with Integrity's ****. We are two different company's, two different owners, two different TIN's, etc. ************* was disputing Integrity's ****. Any disputes the insurance had with All Pro's **** were settled (as far as we know). We were not made aware of any further disputes with the **** All Pro Restoration submitted. The only dispute was with Integrity's **** and we were being threatened by both homeowner and insurance that our **** would not be paid until the dispute with an entirely different entity was settled. It is not legal for the insurance to do this. No more legal than if the insurance tried to withhold our payment because the General Contractor that came in after us did not justify their ****. Yes, we do refer General Contractors but we cannot be held responsible for their billing either. A referral is a recommendation, not a contractual obligation.Additionally, this review has primarily to do with Integrity's **** and not All Pro's. And Integrity zeroed out the **** for the homeowner on the same day this review was posted (before it was posted even). Therefore, there were no outstanding disputes when this review was posted. All bills had been settled. Integrity no longer shows a balance for the homeowner and All Pro Restoration has also been paid. And to our knowledge, other than a deductible, the insurance paid All Pro Restoration's **** in full.

We had a burst pipe in the basement. ***** from All pro got there quickly within the time window provided, worked with my plumber and insurance to resolve the issue, and was communicative and helpful when I had to leave town during the restoration process. They were thorough and did not do more damage to the wall than necessary. I would call these guys again in any emergency.
