The office I went to is in *********, ** at *************************************, the office manager told me they are based out of ******** and unable to contact them directly, so I am reaching out to the ******** office.On the groupon website: https://www.groupon.com/deals/weight-loss-md-of-*********-4, the fine print states Promotional value expires 360 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. 24-hour cancellation notice required. Appointment required. Must sign waiver. Consultation required; non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service provided. Limit 3 per person. Limit 1 per visit. All goods or services must be used by the same person. Clients using more than one voucher for themselves must wait six months between uses or pay an additional fee for the one-month supply of Phentermine.May be repurchased every 180 days. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. Learn about Strike-Through Pricing and Savings I used my first groupon last month and wanted to use the 2nd groupon and pay the additional fee as it is stated in the fine print. The office manager told me that the fee is discounted as $79 for customers who signed up with groupon so I did not need to use it. I told her I have a credit with groupon and would like to use it and pay the additional fee. She tells me I have to wait 180 days until I need to see the doctor to use the groupon again. I told her this is not what the Groupon states, I can either wait 6months or pay an additional fee for the one month supply of Phentermine which is what I would like to do. She still states I can not do that, I told her the groupon is false advertisement and should be honored.Business response

We are not showing this patient even in our Weight Loss MD located in ******. There are several weight loss MDs across the nation. The ones in ******** are separate from the ones in **********. Also, the ones in ******* are separate from the ones in ********** as well. This isn't a national trademark name. So unfortunately, I can't answer those questions. On July 28th 2022 I had an appointment for botox at weight loss MD. A Groupon I purchased for $149.00. My appointment was for 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5pm to fill out new patient paperwork. I had it filled out by 5:05pm. I was not called back until 6:05pm. The business hours are from 9am-6pm. When the technician brought me back she was ******* through my procedure. It was my first time receiving botox and it was not what I expected. I addressed my areas of concern and the technician failed to comply. She stated that I needed the botox injected into my forehead line and that if that didnt stop the muscle from pulling that I would need to come back for more units. I explained that i was not concerned about my forehead as much as my main concern, my galabella. I asked if they schedule a follow up to confirm my area of concern was met, she responds with, no. If you need more botox youll have to schedule a new appointment and pay for more injections. I honestly feel that she injected me in areas that did not need botox so that I can return for more. I had no movement in the areas she injected the botox, yet I trusted her advice. One month goes by and I look the same. I call the office and wait for a call back from the office. No call back. Its now September and Im calling two to three times a week and no call back. I decided to go to the business to file a personal complaint and ** received by the office manager. He gives me his spill and explains that Ill need more botox. Which means more money. Then he goes on to say that theres a possibility I had a bad batch and thats why the botox didnt work on me. He then goes on the explain that he would look into the batch that was used for me and that he would have his receptionist follow up. Its now two weeks later and no follow up call. This place has terrible reviews and poor customer service. I would like for this business to make things right and learn not to treat people like cash deposits.Business response
