****** Glass took my deposit and did not render service. It's been almost a year and they keep scheduling to fixed my window, but never show up to the appointment. This is a fraudulent business.Business response

I want to start by apologize for any inconvenience this has caused we finished this job and this client did not pay final payment and does not answer our calls i believe she made this complaint so she would not have to pay the final payment i my self ***** was in contact with her letting her know what was happening once again we do apologize to all involved the only way i can figure to resolve this is ******* does not have to pay the rest of the open invoice she has with us

I am rejecting this response because: I filed the complaint on 5/3/22 and the contractors did not come out to my place until Saturday, May 14th after waiting for four hours from the original time scheduled. I have multiple records of text messages and phone call history for proof upon requests.Included is a text message to the owner, ********** that the window installed have major scratches and black marks that could not be removed upon his contractors multiple attempts to remove with window cleaning solution. There are scuffs on the outside which I have asked the contractor to remove/clean and they told me yes then drove off.
Please note I have records of text messages and left multiple voicemail with no response from the owner over the last 8months+ to which service was agreed upon to be done within 3 weeks of my deposit. It has been well over 8months and they just came out a week and half ago. The contractor also left a huge mess in my living room and front porch.
All Im asking is for a window replacement to which I ordered. I ordered a new window, and not one thats scratched with black marking. I will be happy to make final payment once my window is replaced. As of now, I have a scratched up window with black marking which is not what I paid for.
This is extremely unprofessional and unethical in doing business and its been a nightmare trying to meet a compromise. I be more than happy to have my deposit refunded and go else where but ********* refuse to refund me and have held my deposit over 8 months and now installed a bad window while requesting for a final payment.
Please provide a new window before end of May 2022 and Ill make final payment or reinstall my old window and return my deposit. I will not give this contractor anymore of my time or excuses.

I have returned the missed call, left a voicemail, and spoken to *****, whom told me several time she would call me back and never once have.
