This business is THE most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. I have a similar experience to what others are posting on their reviews so I know its not a rare occurrence with Holden Studios. I ordered a piece from them back in early October of last year and it has been a complete nightmare. I was met with nothing but excuses as to why it was not delivered on time. At first I was very understanding due to the fact that Covid and health issues were some of the reasons for the delays but I was told to pick up and then cancelled over 5 times. In late February I was told that the item was going to ship but was not given a tracking number and the communication was non-existent at this point. I asked for a refund and *** said he would issue one but I have yet to see anything with that either so I disputed it with my bank. I used the payment plan option with shop pay/affirm and just now got a message saying that My loan was charged off because I had an overdue balance for at least 120 days and my loan may be sent to a collection agency. I have all of the evidence proving I paid everything off and and email from Shop Pay confirming that I paid everything off in November. I also have bank statements saying the same thing.So now I have to deal with this and risk going into collections for something I PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED. I have to solve this issue and i am incredibly upset that i even have to deal with any of it. I would not recommend anyone to go through this business at all. Just save your money and time because its not worth it.
