      The rudest most unbelievable manager ever (******?) took our deli sandwich (that was not made the way we asked and had bread so thin it literally fell apart) from us never to return it and refused to refund our $8.99 plus tax. This after multiple people cut in front of at the counter which I mentioned to him along with a suggestion of how to fix only to draw his ire. The first young girl claiming to be "the manager" admitted they had new help and "lead" in the deli accounting for the problems. Countless reviews and complaints on TripAdvisor and YELP explaining the same behavior from this 30-40ish male manager. He literally STOLE our money. 4-17-23 See receipt attached.

      Mr. ********* forgot to say that he ate half of the sandwich prior to complaining that it wasn't made to his liking, or that he WAS offered a refund but wanted another sandwich made instead.   He also forgot to say that he ate half of the second sandwich before complaining again, this time about the bread (which is made fresh daily and machine sliced).    His complaint  that multiple other  customers cut in front of him is entirely false. Video of the deli shows him waiting for his sandwich without incident, and there were onkly three other customers at the time he was there, all there before him.     His second  complaint, and the second time he was offered a refund, he was complaining about customers to the manager.    When offerd a refund again, he said "No, Your going to listen to me!" as he proceeded to tell the cashiering manager how to make sandwiches and how to organize the deli.   He was creating a backup at the registers and was told to tap his card for the refund.   He again refused and was told to leave.
