I went in for medical cannabis, as I am financially incapacitated due to my double handicap, of ASD and PTSD, to create a loyalty account. I bought 4 oz with them, thinking that I would get 20 reward points, and over the last month, have contacted them 4 times regarding the fact the points were not credited to my account. due to my current situation, I have little ability to get money or even food, and need cannabis to medicate my mental incapacity. I spend my life in constant disturbance and cannabis is the only thing, that over years of self-education, I have found I can trust, and do a lot to try to 'stay normal' in spite of a constant onslaught from many institutions, including the rehab institution that sent me to a psych **** and framed me for being psychotic, resulting in my original PTSD diagnosis, but due to the 'hang up' I have had a lot of difficulty being able to stabilize, and would appreciate the loyalty points I was told I was earning by doing business with this business. I went the extra mile, literally, to get these points, and today, when I called them about the issue, I was dismayed to find out that they have not even associated the 'recreational account' I did not know I made, when I originally applied for loyalty, with my medical account, where the information is apparently kept.I don't know if the employees are blazed at work, like they should not be, or what, but I am a little frustrated at how nobody seems to recognize that I need the medication that is legal to help people like me, although, technically, I am twice as deserving as other medical clients, and far more deserving than recreational clients, and would appreciate being credited the points that are attributed to my account.
