March 5th 2024 @ 1:45-2:15pm Spent $25, but on average spend at least $100 per month at this business. Manager continues to harass me everytime I come to this business as a paying customer. The business advertises "free dryers" but clothes have to be washed for dryers to be free. There are Zero rules or expectations anywhere in the facility. They do not specify how many dryers a customer can use at a time or the weight limit or how the dryers must be used. On this day I washed 2 $9 loads of big blankets, both polyester and SOFT cotton and 1 $7 load of various stuffed animals, *************** No one else were drying or needing dryers so I sorted the blankets & stuffed items as needed for them to dry accordingly without damage. The manager was bothered that my pillows were drying 1 item per sm. dryer and 1 SOFT cotton per sm. dryer. So he put my pillows all in one dryer and all my NEW blankets in 1 dryer and changed the temperature setting from DELICATE to MEDIUM. When voicing my concerns the manager threatened me and harrasesed me with my 10 month old in my arms. Argued with me the whole time. Did not try and find a solution, but said I wouldn't be allowed back "if i didn't follow the rules." I was a paying customer embarrassed that I had to raise my voice in front of my baby. Angry that he touched my things and could've damaged them had I not noticed what he did. I wasn't breaking any rules or bothering anyone. I paid to wash my things so that I could use the free dryers. I would like the manager to be contacted regarding this issue because this is not how a manager should be allowed to treat people, even mothers who have babies around. I would to be compensated for my time and money I spent at this business only to get treated terribly for something unspecified. Shortly after this encounter the manager clocked out and left. So there was no need to cause an issue over nothing. The person states he is the manager and owner when i attempted to get the contract info
