I ordered Thymex (Thymus gland) for humans as it helps with my skin. Never had any issues until this order. I received thymex (Cytosol) for dogs.. 3 bottles and the company said they would exchange it for the correct ones. I was thrilled but then received another 3 bottles for dogs. Cytosol is not what I ordered. After receiving the 2nd wrong order, all emails were returned as not deliverable and they are not responding. All I want is either a refund or the correct bottles I paid for. Can you assist?Business response

We explained that the label changed, as the *** required the labels to be updated. This is not something we have control over, as Standard Process directly fulfills and ships our orders. The older bottle that she has literally does not exist anymore, because the label was updated. The product itself is unchanged and is the same SKU that is clearly listed on her order. The label changes are reflected on both our website and the Standard Process website. She has since ceased contact with us. She is welcome to return all SIX bottles we sent her, as we sent her a replacement for her order, at our cost.

The product for pets is entirely different, by both name and SKU. The attached message is her acknowledging that she has 6 bottles of the supplement she ordered, when she only paid for 3. I also attached her order details.

The two are the receipts , And the company journey holistic life,that scammed me, and how much I paid For the medicine and the one is my cat, His legs went paralyzed on the back when he had the seizures. I know there's nothing wrong with the pills because I take standard processing myself. I don't know what the company did with their pills. Because they're supposed to be all natural and organic. It seems fishy that they will not return my calls though.What happened is the medicine from the company threw him in to seizures.He had 8 to 9 seizures from taken just 2 of their pills, 1 cardio and 1 renal failure,and hes takes pills from different companies that the vet has prescribed to him. For his renal failure,heart murmur, High blood pressure,and kidney disease. so it's nothing new for him to take pills. I tried contacting this company 12 times by email and at least 16 times by phone leaving my phone number like they ask email address and describing what was wrong. They never have contacted me back. I also Contact the ftc and they told me to report it to you because of the business. This is very heart wrenching for me, because he is my service cat. I've had him 18 years and hes licensed because I have seizures. So he knows everything about me, and for me to watch my cat have seizures is devastating. So for me to lose my best friend,and my dependent, would be life staking. That's why i'm very ticked off at this company. They have no reason to do that to humans or animals because they also sell standard processing pills there for humans too. They need to be reported.
