The Complaint is against Double Bean Ranch LLC address: ******************** *********, **. ***** Phone #************ they delivered 4 ***** of hay to my residence in ******, ********. ***** on March 24, 2023 They advertise quality Horse hay. This is not quality horse hay. Since March 24 to date they have sent text to replace or either pick up and refund the $1135.00. They have given me several delivery dates and have not shown up. I have spent another $764.84 at our local feed store and ********* to provide proper hay for my horses I a single woman 81 years old. I believe this problem is due to me being a woman and my ageBusiness response

Double Beam Ranch will be refunding the original cost of the hay, less any delivery fees as our policy states vie cashiers check sent with tracking. Since ******************* would have had to secure adequate forage for her animals regardless of whether Double Beam Ranch came and picked up the hay as previously discussed or not; we will not be covering the cost of her having to feed her animals. In addition, Double Beam Ranch does not feel comfortable coming back onto Ms ********* property to retrieve the originally purchased hay and feels that in doing so, would open up Double Beam Ranch to additional allegations by ******************* based of off previous texts from ******************* stating OK. We will make this as ugly or expensive as you like!!!
