            An order for compounding an equine medicine Pergolide Mesylate Capsules/SKU: Pergolide Mesylate Capsules-3mg was placed approximately 3 weeks ago and the funds deducted from my checking account on 8.7.21. Our 22 year old quarter horse has a metabolic disorder--insulin resistance/*********. Multiple calls placed to this company--Thriving Pets. In a phone call this date, reps from this company told me this order shipped on August 20, 2021 (was in the possession of the ****** Per the tracking history ***** website), following indicates that only a shipping label has been generated and as of this date and time, **** does not indicate receipt.Cancel order and refund Tracking History:August 18, 2021, 9:27 pm Shipping Label Created, **** Awaiting Item **************** A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 9:27 pm on August 18, 2021 in ****************. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date.Request full refund of payment, cancel order.

            Just like someone below commented - they are good until they aren't. I ordered well over 2 weeks ago and they charged my credit card immediately. I realized I had run out of one of the items and checked to see when my order would be delivered and saw that it hadn't been filled! Much less shipped. I called and was told that "probably" they tried to reach my vet multiple times but vet didn't respond. I call BS. My vet, this morning, said they hadn't been contacted. I can't believe they wouldn't reach out to me about this. And when I asked, if my vet okays it tomorrow, will you send with expedited shipping because of this failure, they said no. Ordering through a more responsive supplier and asked for a refund. Waiting to see if I get it or I'll cancel through the credit card. The ****** is to stay away from any company that doesn't wait to charge you until they are ready to ship the order!
