10-4-2022 auto mechanic for $2305 over charging parts, upselling brand new things to replace (air filters both of them), negligence on leaving air filter unsecured and loose, oil stains on **** and seat, heavy smell of oil (no oil service required), glove box items thrown on seat, falsely added coolant and EPA charge on the receipt with no explanation and just says "coolant topped off". **** the owner offered $100 off which does not cover the overcharges and to clean car. I told him not to touch my car and that he can pay for the bill when I get ir done at another shop. He has not responded back at 2 weeks later. He did not listen to any other complaints and has stopped communication so far. He had car for 3 weeks.
