I took my car into Max **** to do a repair on a oil pressure sensor and a thermostat and I had already gotten a diagnostic done with my car I told him that and I just wanted those parts replaced as I asked them how much the cost would be they said $475 I said OK so I took it in and they said they would repair those parts they called me an hour later and said it would cost $815 because they had to repair the oil pressure sensor housing is what I was told and I said OK because I didnt know exactly that it didnt it was another part that was already brand new that I had replace last year which was called the oil filter housing thats connected to the oil pressure sensor I didnt realize that so I thought it was just a housing I dont know too much about cars they took NAV vantage of that they made my car run worse it was leaking I asked them to fix the leak they said that it wasnt their problem I paid them $800 cash I asked for my refund my car is not running at the time right now because they did not fix the problem they tried saying it was my transmission thats messed up now my transmission never had problems I dont know I got another diagnostic it is not my transmission thats the problem they just not fix my car for $800 I just dont know what to do at this point I really wish I could get my refund my car is not running the way it supposed to be its leaking oil all over my engine and they will not fix it they told me to take it back in and claimed that they said it wasnt oil leaking like they think I dont know because I am a female they did not touch my car when I took it back in they had no resolution of what the problem was they just didnt want to touch my car but they did take the money and wont give me a refund he was ************************* cussing at me tell me its not his problem because I didnt get a diagnostic from them and they charge $129 for that I didnt need the diagnostic I had told him pacifically what parts to change they he said that they we
