Hello, I spent ***** on a repair that was not done correctly and my car had been given back to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. I am bringing it in again this Friday and this will be the 5th time. The first time I drop it off, they told me they would let me know the issue Saturday and I just waited on hold. I never got an answer and had to go to work so picked it up. They said I need a new steering part for the dealership. The ordered it and installed. They gave me my car back with a 16psi in the back left tire. I had to pull over and air it up and it continued to shake on the freeway and leak. This left me stuck at almost 10pm at ******* having to buy an inflator and fix a flat. **** was nice and got my back tires replaced, but my steering was still not fixed. I brought it in again and not fixed. I am bringing it in again and now my brake light is also going off. My car shorts out and a/c and radio turn off. When this happens, my power steering sometimes goes out. They have left my car window open overnight and ask me to pay over the phone before getting my car back so they can pay their employees on time. I have photo stamped and documented every conversation because it is clear I cannot trust this shop. I have been patient but 5 weeks in a row of having to take a bike or **** then finally they gave me a rental is more than inconvenient. Ive ask they take it to the dealership and they have not. I am at a loss on what to do, I cannot keep bringing my car in weekly. I just want a full refund or for them to take it to *********** The guys in the shop arent experienced or trained enough to fix or diagnose my issue. I feel the repair they made me pay for was never the issue to begin with and I am stuck taking it back to this untrustworthy shop because I invested 3k into this car. I feel trapped and out of solutions. I have to use tools for work each day and whenever I take off work or dont have my supplies, I have to move around my appointments
