Tickets purchased through ticketmaster, their third party selling F1 Grand Prix tickets in *********, **. I purchased two tickets for Thursday, 11/16/2023 6pm PST at ******** Zone at ******. Services were not rendered. After watching the practice races for two minutes, the event was canceled due to their negligence and non compliance. I want a full refund of $522.89 back to original payment. The event needs to be canceled through Ticketmaster so they can follow correct protocol - the only way is for the company (Liberty Media Corporation) to contact their third party sellers and issue a cancelation/event cancelation so a proper refund can be processed. There is a class action lawsuit due to negligence and services not rendered made by several law firms in ****** against this company.Initial Complaint

Liberty Media is the commercial rights holder for Formula One. I purchased tickets to the 2020 Canadian Grand Prix prior to the covid pandemic. After more than a year, I was told I could receive a refund. That never happened. Then, I was told I could use the credit to attend the 2022 race, but found out after tickets to the 2022 race had already sold out. I was told to contact the formula one ticket store later in 2022. I've contacted formula one ticket store no fewer than six times since then and received no response. I have emails and proof of purchase and I am due a refund in the amount of $444.26 CAD, which as of the time of this complaint is the equivalent of $323.38 USD. Ultimately, a **** company has accepted payment from an ******** citizen, promised a refund, failed to issue a refund, and then established a pattern of no communication with the consumer. This is all documented. I am kindly requesting a refund in the amount of $323.38 to be mailed to me via check within 60 days of this complaint. If that does not occur, I will be filing a complaint with the ******** ************************** the home state of Liberty Media, owner of Formula One.
